Best customer support

I have worked with many hosting companies in the past The only one I have been using for several years now is Interserver They may not be the cheapest provider out there but customer service delivers without a doubt THE BEST SUPPORT I have ever received from a hosting provider I had to open a ticket to solve a DNS problem for my most recent purchase I submitted the ticket on a Sunday morning around 11 30 am EST and the problem was solved 8 minutes later Compliments to Nagendra for always being on top of these requests

Such an awesome surprising service Something quite different from the norm Great Admin Panel interface I love it outstanding email support surprisingly gorgeous signup procedure though I was kick back a few times Super fast turn around time after signup Simply a great hosting company and service overall Truly different from what s available Hopefully this is it for me when it comes to hosting

I returned to INTERSERVER with my website after having been gone for more than a year due to other issues INTERSERVER support has only been a phone call chat or ticket away from resolving any issues I might have Their support is phenomenal and the response is extremely quick and professional I am now moving two sites for my client because their webhosting company has chosen to not support JOOMLA and their support either takes too long to respond or does not respond at all INTERSERVER will be my choice from now on The choices you have on INTERSERVER surpass any other hosting company I have used Great Job Thanks you

InterServer is one of the most responsive companies I ve ever dealt with Any time I have put in a ticket someone responds within the hour This most recent situation my newsletter company was requiring that my domain be authenticated which required locating the DNS and inserting code The InterServer folks jumped right on it I highly recommend InterServer
