There is no way to cancel the account You have to contact them to ask them to do it for you The problem is they do not reply to any messages I have waited several day and have still not heard from them Poor customer services

Scam company They will not cancel my service that is NOT in my name They have my credit card and won t stop billing me even though the subscription says expired I now have to go to my bank and report over a year of fraud Useless worthless scam artist company Avoid

HORRIBLE NO CUST SERVICE
They do not have any live help or service of any kind everything is done via chat When you are a small business having trouble getting the invoicing system to work properly and you cannot get any help for up to 4 hours that is a problem This company is a scam DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM

rom around 3 a month to 20 a month over night
I have been a user since 2016 and never thought i would have to leave but the dramatic increase in pricing is just ridiculous from around 3 a month to 20 a month for the same level of use i had from the app yesterday

Terrible
Terrible I paid for my subscription for 3 years and the cost went up without any notification After I stopped my business and went back to print out the invoices I already paid for I have to resubscribe and pay them again to print them out That is completely ridiculous This company will take any penny they can get Please don t waste your time I gave them 3 years and that was silly on my part

I paid for the app It worked well was running my small business with this app then suddenly I have to sign up to a plan Typical scam lock you by really sucking you in then hit you with subscription avoid this app How about I have already paid so keep delivering what I paid for
