The keypad on my safe started malfunctioning after a few weeks Their customer service was great and sent me a replacement within a few days The safe itself feels sturdy and well made For the price I don t think you can beat this quality and level of customer support

Awesome key replacement service

After moving I lost the key to my safe and was panicking because I really needed to access what was inside Thankfully I was able to order replacement keys directly from their website At first I forgot to provide the serial number and previous order receipt but their team reached out to me quickly to made sure I submitted all the necessary info I could tell they took my request seriously which meant a lot to me They even helped expedite the process and I received the keys earlier than expected So grateful for their fast professional support Truly a lifesaver
