I don t often leave reviews but when spending such a huge sum on an engagement ring without seeing it in person I was obviously a little bit hesitant Couple this with being on the other side of the world then it did leave me a bit anxious about the beginning of the process I have to that from start to finish they delivered an excellent experience and truly did listen to all of the requirements and concerns I had There were multiple instances with the courier and also Customs that left me confused and a bit stuck but I have to give a massive shout out to Phil from the finance team for accelerating the process and guiding me through a typically tricky procedure Once the ring arrived it went down like a storm and my newly found fianc is over the moon I can t thank Phil and his team enough and wouldn t hesitate to use them again - I have already recommended their service a friend
