I bought an engagement ring from Diamondere From the start the process was excellent The only issue is I ordered the ring too large but that was easily fixed and Diaomondere s policy of refunding up to 50 held true The customer service was also excellent and timely And most importantly my fianc loves the ring

Amazing piece of jewelry with the perfect customer service The only problem is the shipping service through USPS I paid for international fast shipping and it took longer than expected 3 weeks maybe more I m not sure if the package was lost or this is the normal service from USPS and had been fully refund for shipping
