My family used I trip through VRBO a few years ago and had no problems at all But this year is different We booked again with them and were suppose to be there in 2 weeks I sent them an email because 1 Chicago is requiring anyone that flys in from Florida to quarantine for two weeks after you get here and 2 the state of Florida has had over 65 000 positive cases of coronavirus over the last 5 days and has now been named the new epicenter Kevin from I trip said that it is to late to cancel your reservation and there is nothing he can do Look I understand it is an inconvenience and the owners are losing out but all I would like to do is rebook our trip to a safer time

So disappointing Definitely do not recommend For 1 700 a night the condo is extremely old and run down hot water only worked in half the unit dishes in cabinet were dirty upon arrival heat only worked occasionally in unit appliances were cheap and some broken They advertise a shuttle service but it s 2 shuttles that service 40 units so it s very difficult to schedule I will say drivers are exceptional Contacted company iTrip and while they appear to be attentive and such not one thing was fixed during our stay Really a pretty lousy experience all around

Arrived at property booked prior to departure described as a West Bradenton Spanish pool home We had checked reviews on Trip Advisor and although they were mixed we thought all would be well How wronf we were the pool was green with things floating in it the propery smelt and worksurfaces were sticky the balcony had broken glass and the decking was unsafe in addition to this there were two huge dead cockroaches in the kitchen area I immediately rang Debbie at Itrip to complain and request an alternative rental Within half an hour a representative from the cleaning company arrived to inspect the property and within an hour we were offered a fabulous property in Sarasota 7908 Broadmoor Pines This was a new rental and we accepted two out of three tvs had yet to be set up A couple of hours after arriving at initial horror property we were relocated to this superior property Debbie arrived the following day to set up a second tv and check that we were happy with new property We spent a wonderful week here and can only praise the outstanding customer service that we recieved Thank you so much Debbie for the support you offered it was very much appreciated

iTrip is a great company that tries to provide excellent experiences for their guests

We stayed in gulf shores plantation in dunes 5510 it was so beautiful and peaceful we had a great time and iTrip was a very easy to use site

I have a house in Lake Oswego Oregon and decided to let iTrip manage it I m very pleased with that decision as going on 2 years those dudes are incredible I think when it comes to iTrip it s all about what owners you re dealing with I ve seen a lot of negative reviews over 2 years and couldn t quite figure it out because the owners in Portland are so amazing Well we bought a property in another state and wanted to convert it to a short term rental I call the local iTrip and leave message never heard from them In another state we were thinking about buying in I called iTrip and the dude tells me he s going to fire over a bunch of hot lists Never saw one I started to understand the negative reviews more So it really all comes down to who the owners are I m telling you the guys in Portland Oregon are off the charts amazing I ve talked with 5 others total and they weren t so good In fact I ended up doing a property with a different company and I never thought that would be possible because of how happy with what they do for us in Oregon

Our Stay in Pgosa Springs was Fantastic We stayed at the Alpine Escape condo Unit 1003 from 8 5-8 8 2021 The condo was superb comfortable clean and very inviting and welcoming The beds and Furniture were all very comfortable We Loved the rock Fireplace We enjoyed the outside patio with the pond It was nice to have the two car garage We even received a bottle of wine for staying at this Awesome Place in Pagosa Thank You for the Memories

iTrip Vacations was a breeze to work with even offering an early check-in and a thoughtful welcome gift They were quick to respond and worked with us when we needed to make an alteration to our reservation Highly recommend
