BOOKER BEWARE

BOOKER BEWARE I just cancelled my iTrip Vacations Clearwater FL office rental via VRBO The cancellation penalties area of the property and my post-booking manage my booking tab stated that the cancellation fees would be 250 up to a certain date - no asterisk or additional info As that date approached I made sure to cancel Hidden somewhere in some part of an agreement document were the specifics of 250 OR 10 of the booking costs That 250 fee doubled and then some I believe this business is purposefully misleading the booking public Look elsewhere

This was our first experience with Itrip Vacations and definitely will be the last Guess i should have looked at their reviews We stayed at an apartment on marco island florida with Mark as our host The trip went great it wasn t until a couple weeks after i m back home that i notice all these private messages from mark demanding a pet fee to be sent through my email for my service dog i told him i was bringing in the about your trip He never once mentioned or listed any extra fees and why wouldn t this be taken care of when i booked Seems extremely unprofessional to hound someone after their trip and ask for a fee that is not through airbnb where i booked this trip I expressed my concerns and reported it to airbnb and he s being reviewed He then left a bad review on my page saying i didn t do my laundry and follow check out instructions LOL We need to watch out for scammers clearly itrip vacations needs to verify their employees better Will never book through them again

BEWARE

When checking in the lady Dory was extremely rude I have stayed at Kingston Plantation for approximately 10 years and never dealt with ITrips until now NEVER AGAIN The checkout time was conflicting from the app information given at check in and the information posted on the refrigerator Our Villa was not available at the check in time of 4pm as it was supposed to be I would NOT recommend this company

Shady business dealings

My worst experience with a booking company I booked a condo in Siesta Keys and due to CoVid-19 pandemic I requested to change the dates to 2021 instead the company said they needed to contact the owner After 2 weeks still no response so I replied back and their response is I can use the credit until the end of 2020 or cancellation fee of 250 What a ripoff I booked another condo with another reputable company and they allowed me to move my dates to 2021 DO NOT USE THEM

Itrip rental air bnb don t do it

We rented an air bnb from Itrip in Pensacola FL The living room furniture was completely unusable to sit on so we had to leave a week early Itrip neither tried to solve the problem nor gave us a partial refund

Zero stars Crooks outright We had a booking for 16 people in Portland Oregon New local ordnance states you can t have gathering larger than 10 The property manager refused to refund us actually advised ways we can try and break the law

Itrip took money from my deposit when I cancelled well before cancellation date

Itrip made no mention of a cancellation fee when booking In fact it said Free Cancellation Then they took 100 when I canceled 2 months outside their cancellation period I have tried multiple times to contact the company but no response I had to get a third party to collect on my behalf and trip snubbed them too Itrip represents dishonesty and poor customer service

They completely changed my negative review of their property to five stars These folks are the worst Stay far away You can t trust anything they write The property was rundown and there is nobody local to answer anything I have rented in this location for 30 years with only good management companies These people are dishonest to the max

THEY ARE INTO FRAUD BUSINESS AND JUST WANT TO CHEAT VISITORS We recently visited to their vacation homes during Christmas vacations and it was worst experience of our lives In a nutshell this company thinks providing running hot water at vacation home is not their responsibility and they will still charge visitors for the inconvenience caused when we tried to request for full refund they responded that the issue due to which there was no hot water in the house is basically NOT their problem The original rate for the house was 736 and later they charged at 941 Such a fraud company PEOPLE BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES
