A Perfect Stay

Our family of five had a truly perfect stay at Flood Street Check-in logistics were all very easy and Lara was a delight to work with throughout The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately kept with every creature comfort imaginable We felt like guests in a lovely family s home - from the grand chef s kitchen to the large terrace the gym to the beautiful reception room it was an absolute treat to spend a week at Flood Street The location could not be better - on the quiet side of the King s Road two blocks to the heart of Chelsea We have rented many homes in London and around the world and Flood Street is easily our favorite - we will be back Thank you for a great week

My wife and I have stayed with Ivy Lettings on multiple occasions and have always been very pleased All the properties are well maintained clean and comfortable They have always responded quickly and courteously to any concern We will definitely be staying with them again

Just what I was looking for

I decided to use Ivy Lettings rather than a large online vacation rental company because I was traveling overseas and I wanted to have a local and trustworthy point of contact in case of a problem The staff at Ivy Lettings was very helpful and attentive in the planning process and I am happy to report that there were no problems before during or after our stay I will definitely use Ivy Lettings for future vacation rentals

25 Smith Streeet

The flat was perfectly located easy to get anywhere in the city by foot tube or rail but was a quiet street away from the hubbub of King s Road It was beautifully appointed and well equipped We appreciated the early check in and help with cleaning midway through our stay We hope to work with Ivy Lettings again in the future

All the team at IVY Property were great and made the process very easy They arranged the Home Report and all the advertising and viewing They kept us up to speed with developments regularly Really super customer service professional knowledgeable and courteous Would recommend

Great location

The location was near the person we were visiting close to multiple bus stops and a short walk to restaurants The apartment was very clean We did run out of some basic supplies and Ivy Lettings was quick to replenish them We also left something in the apartment upon our departure so we called Ivy Lettings and they were extremely helpful so that we could gather the item and still make our flight on time If I ever come back to London I will absolutely book housing accommodations with them

Langthorne Street

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Langthorne Street The house was immaculate with plenty of room for us and extended family a bathroom each and a great kitchen with everything necessary to prepare meals It s a lovely quiet street and although a 15 minute walk to Hammersmith station you can walk along the banks of the Thames which makes it very pleasant There are also plenty of buses from the end of the street to get you there and many other locations Ivy letting were fantastic to deal with and responded quickly to all queries we had Would most definitely stay here again

Our stay in Pimlico

Clear communication from Ivy made it very easy for us Our apartment was perfect for two couples Wonderfully appointed close to the tube and amenities We loved our stay in Pimlico and highly recommend Ivy Lettings Cannot wait to use them again
