From the moment Dean Danny Dan R arrived we knew we are in safe hands The whole team was incredible They were super fast even tho they had to move us from the 4th floor with no lift They were extremely professional and friendly Nothing was too small They took care of all the belongings with such a care and attention to detail with packing made us all impressed They packed all the house in no time wrapped all the glasses super fast they asked questions if they were unsure of what s going and what s staying Bed was packed very well with super thick mattress protector We went around the house multiple times to make sure it was all packed and nothing was left behind On the other end they unpacked everything very efficient and smoothly and even faster then the packed They put the boxes away by what room they were going and everything was easy to fine as the boxes were clearly labeled With the bottom of my heart thank you guys for making the whole experience easier and less stressful and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family

The staff were very kind professional and understanding of my needs and requirements My move was over two days and included Mark W Tony N Jayden and Kirk Lee They worked very quickly but with care and consideration for my furniture and fragile items I have been using this family company for over 40 years because of the very high standards and genuine care given before Mr Steel senior s passing Due to my most recent experience between the 30th and 31st of January Mr Steel Junior are continuing in the same way I will continue to use this company and confidently recommend it to family and friends Well done
