Was fine but the person that came round to assess was not very good as said something then went back and reported something else boys that done move was brilliant went out there way to help Jo Jay Ryan and Paul

Darren Florin Ozzie Tumer Dan and David carried out my removal today and I do not have enough accolades to give them They re professionalism speed effieciency and attention to detail were of the highest possible standard Each and every one of these gentlemen were exceptional and carried out a top quality and stress free removal I was made to feel really relaxed whilst they got on with the job I was totally amazed at the speed they worked and the care they took with all my belongings My bed and sofas were dismantled and put back together so quickly They were all so polite and friendly I just cannot thank them enough They are a credit to the company and would definitely recommend J A Steel to anyone requiring a removal Thank you guys for your service you were ALL amazing After writing my review I did notice that one of my mirrored wardrobes was smashed which is why I took one of the stars away but would still recommend

Ryan C Mark W and Brandon were great They got all my items packed from my old place to my new home They were helpful professional and made me feel pretty comfortable around them I had my kids with me and was struggling the morning they arrived but they made it all so easy They have excellent customer service and would like to use them again if I ever move The only downside I experienced was that the company itself didn t not send me boxes for my stuff so I had to go out and get my own and also my TV screen broke during the move But the company is working to get it sorted after I contacted their customer service Hence why I gave a 4 star instead of 5
