Jeffersons Ringwood excel in Customer Service Standards

We have two Provence heaters one of which wouldn t ignite I found Jeffersons Ringwood on an internet search and enquired if they could fix it Sharon explained that this is not a service they offer but if we took it in they would look at it We had no idea until Sharon said that we could get gas bottles delivered we started ordering for our working heater the very next day It is an excellent service We picked up our second working heater on Wednesday this week thanks to Sharon Gary Dave and Geoff You have all gone over and beyond to help us and now you will have double orders A win win thank you all Jane and Neil Gower

Patio gas delivery was great

I ordered patio gas online as my previous supplier wasn t selling it currently website was easy to use Gas arrived within the delivery window and delivered by a nice chap Very pleased will use them next time

Fantastic Service

Fantastic really helpful company They were the only ones around who could help us with our Calor Cube bottles and when they ran out I called them at 4pm and replacements were delivered by 10am the next day Couldn t ask for more and highly recommend many thanks Jon Coastline
