Absolutely 1st class service from the staff friendly warm welcoming very helpful from the moment I arrived right up to my departure Very rare indeed these days to find genuine first class service as such Well done CalorPam was definitely on point

Calor Engineer was excellent

Calor Engineer was excellent However I asked Calor to remove LPG from their tank 19 months ago due our conversion to a heat exchange system Their tank was poorly maintained and the valve for removing the LPG to a tanker was dysfunctional As a result 500 litres of LPG have had to be flared off to atmosphere Time scale and having to flare off are dire events

New 2100Lt buried LPG tank

We have this week had a 2100Lt Calor LPG tank buried in our front lawn The two men who delivered the tank and carefully lowered it into the prepared hole Steve Lee were very professional and efficient The two men Ben Thomas Steve Cartmell who very carefully prepared the hole and using the mole laid the pipe from the house to the underground tank They then back filled the hole with a good layer of topsoil and a good helping of grass seed they removed all unwanted subsoil and tidied the whole area We could not be more happy with their professionalism and attention to detail Thank you from Andrew Linda

These engineers have just been to change my meter and what a good job they have done you wouldn t think anyone has been left it all in the same way they found it

Amazing Sam McLean came to fix everything for us as we have just moved in our new home replaced everything that was broken and did an amazing job Quick clean and did not leave any mess Kindly gave us 2 keys for the lid and told us how much was still in the tank and explained how everything works and to make sure we are on automatic refill Very kind and polite I can only recommend him
