I have tried to contact Jenny Mode via email and phone number multiple times with no luck Now I saw the various complaints about it being a scam website I want to return my items and I m not receiving any answer Can we all submit a claim against this website

If I could choose to give no starts I would purchased a dress from them for a special occasion it was received late and did not at all look like the picture of the item online I initiated a refund and had to pay to send the item back This whole story has been going on since May i still have not received my refund This place is scammers and please do not buy from them The photos on their site is false advertisement the items look completely different and of horrific quality and although they say your refund is initiated up until now not one cent has been refunded hope this help other people not to get caught in the same trap I would like to update this initial review placed 14 August its now one week later and I was contacted via email by a company representative they offered met a 50 refund after advising 20 days before this review on mail that my refund is in process I naturally rejected this offer and then got offered 70 I advised them the item is already sent back and they confirmed they received it why would I be offered anything less than 100 refund and it also cost me 17 euro to send the item back please be warned this is something they do not tell you Now I received a mail asking me to please be patient but I in the meantime have learnt this company is also on the Police Blacklist in The Netherlands So just to note 1 week later and absolutely still no refund in sight total loss 56 euro Today is 04 09 almost a month after placing initial review still no refund Do not buy from this shop

WARNING - SCAMMERS- OPLICHTERS
I have placed a review before to warn people to NOT BUY FROM THIS place They received my refund in May 2024 and still 12 September have not received my refund their phone lines dont work and they are unavailable I have now reported them to the police I will continue to review and email them This is scammers they send you an item that looks nothing like the item purchased and when you return it you never receive your refund Look at all the people writing reviews that they never received there refund Disgusting behavior 18 09 2024 a person named Emma contacted me through an automated message said someone will assist received this message before All a big scam I still have not received my refund Update 13 October still no refund on following up they are now claiming they have not received my item I have on email they have received it and my tracking number from post nl confirms it I will continue updating the this review hopefully it saves someone money from these scammers

DON T ORDER ANYTHING HERE In June I ordered a jacket for almost 40 euros - I got something completely different than I ordered The quality of the jacket I received was so poor that I didn t want to order the jacket anymore I just wanted to return it To this day I have sent probably 5 emails and I still get the same answer we apologize please be understanding and patient we will help you as soon as we can

I am extremely frustrated with Jenny Mode I ordered a jacket on September 14th and nearly three weeks later I still haven t received it The tracking information falsely states that it was delivered but I have received nothing Customer service has been unresponsive and I feel misled by this company I advise others to avoid purchasing from them as their service is severely lacking I will be reporting this issue to consumer protection authorities
