My card was charged but they cancelled my order and didnt return the money DONT BUY

After making a purchase they pulled the money out of my account immediately only to reply 15 minutes that they don t have the item at the price I bought it for THEN WHY HAVE IT ON YOUR SITE They took my money instantly and 6 hours later I haven t gotten it back YET I need to order shoes for an event and they are going to ruin it They don t even have a phone number to call How unprofessional

Terrible customer service Wouldn t recommend

I am pretty bummed about my experience with this company As a graduate of a fashion school I thought this idea was really cool I couldn t find a dress anywhere and found it here My order had been processed for ten days so I sent one email and then sent another and never heard back Was very friendly just asked what was happening with my order I then reached out to the retailer who Modesens said had the item and they apologized and said that they were out of stock Someone from Modesens has yet to email me or call me back still which I think shows that their customer service is pretty poor In addition why would you have an item or retailer on your site if it s not even in stock Definitely not a good look for a first customer I won t be using them again As I am posting this review I don t see any positive reviews about this company
