I actually order a lens online and I actually click the wrong lens by mistake I sent an email as it was over a bank holiday and made a phone call at the earliest opportunity The gentleman I spoke to sorted it out very efficiently and the correct lens arrived within 2 days Great service What was excellent and I value is I was speaking with an English person who understood my issue immediately not transferred to an non-English speaking country call centre Highly recommend using Jessops

I have just received the Fujifilm X100 VI from Jessops online and I am very pleased with the service The package containing it arrived very quickly after getting the email message informing me that I was able to purchase this very popular camera the camera was very well packaged I also had very good help from a lady at Jessops customer services Thank you again Jessops for your excellent service

Glad York has a store again

The new Jessops store in GoOutdoors York is great They have an amazing selection of lenses films cameras and so much more The staff were really friendly and helpful I got good advice about the lens I wanted to buy and how to take care of it and they had a good range of lenses for different systems I bought a Fujifilm lens There is a good range of different films available both of traditional film like 35mm and Fujifilm Instax options which I m looking forward to picking up for an upcoming holiday I m looking forward to visiting again soon
