Happy long term part-exchange buyer
I ve been part-exchanging and buying camera gear from the Burgess Hill store for many years and have always gotten a good deal The shop is big bright and has easy parking on site Their used kit is well graded and on buying the used Canon EF-M 32mm lens today the staff even advised that I look at the cheaper Excellent graded option rather than the As New one Happy I did as it was boxed super clean and indistinguishable to my eyes from new condition They also always have paid me a fair price for my trade-ins and their online instant quote system is easy to use to see what kind of deal I can do I live close enough to Burgess Hill to always go there to look at the used items before buying and so cherry pick only the best ones even though they post photos of every item It pays to inspect them yourself especially as there may be two or three examples to choose from They are happy to dig out a few from the stores and let you look at them and try them out until you are totally happy There s even a big tabletop city diorama set that you can photograph in store to test out sharpness and focus and so on The 6 month warranty on used items isn t as generous as the 2 years you get from a certain high street used tech shop but generally the condition of the kit at Park Cameras is much better you can find lots of Excellent or As New graded kit The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly on the Canon stuff I buy I ve bought a number of used Canon bodies as well as various lenses recently and over the years and all have been great purchases almost as good as new and saved a fortune on new prices with additional savings from trading in old kit as part of the upgrades I even get a little bit extra off as I collect the Park Points where you get a discount voucher after every 1 000 points 1 000 spend on used kit I ve never had to return a faulty item so can t comment on that side of things but the purchasing experience has always been very good

Great price and communication
Over many years I have accumulated many items of camera equipment and I decided to have a cull I used Park Cameras to offer a price on my camera and lenses and they offered a great price via great communication If you are looking to dispose of your camera equipment I can thoroughly recommend Park Cameras

Pointless to go anywhere else
I ve been using Park Cameras for probably 12 years Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and it s a joy to go to their stores If you can t spare the time their prices are often better than Amazon online I can t speak highly enough
