Jewellerybox is my absolute go to for jewellery I would never shop anywhere else for such beautiful unique pieces I only ever buy real gold for myself and there prices are so reasonable and the quality is amazing I love the fact that the jewellery is so different I ve also bought sterling silver pieces as gifts and I ve been over the moon with them The company itself is brilliant So reliable and delivery is super quick

I cannot praise this company and its customer services team enough They go above and beyond to resolve a problem Bought my Grandson a silver bracelet for his 18th birthday unfortunately the clasp broke very soon after receiving it A replacement was sent immediately after I d sent photos and returned it Might have been a bad batch of clasps but weeks later and he only worn it when he went out not on an everyday basis the clasp must have failed again and it fell off without him knowing Emailed Jewellery Box who found my last photos and immediately sent a replacement with a different and better clasp Both myself and my Grandson are over the moon as he was gutted when he realised it was gone Brilliant customer service

Fast delivery lovely recyclable packaging great products at an unbeatable price Issues with one of the many products I ve ordered were sorted out straightaway with friendly helpful customer service Lots of the complaints are that the jewellery is small It s worth checking the dimensions and making sure you know which size you want - they re accurate it s just hard to estimate what 14mm looks like without a ruler

Have used this site for a while for great sterling silver jewellery - well priced and good quality Recently ordered a replacement wedding ring for my husband after he lost his and had to send it back twice to get a different size then my husband found his out by the recycling The team were fab in organising the refund despite all the confusion caused on my side Great service and quality products

Sleeper Earrings

I purchased several sleeper earrings when I received them through I realised the smaller ones wouldn t work for my lobes so stuck with the 12mm and returned the rest very easily The customer service was prompt friendly and hassle free at the cost of a stamp The sleeper earrings were a bit fiddly to put in but once in you don t even know you are wearing them This is the first time in years I ve been able to leave earrings in my ears and forget about them Highly recommended

I ordered earrings for myself and a pair as a present and was really pleased with both I love the quality and feel they are good value for money I made a mistake when ordering and emailed the company for help They got back to me the next morning and quickly refunded me for the item I had accidentally added to my basket My items arrived quickly and were well packaged I will definitely be ordering from this company again
