My bracelet clasp had broken messaged ro see if they could repair and also add a charm for me and a good clean as been I m storage for a while due to moving I was met with excellent customer service throught very kind and helpful people I got my bracelet fixed cleaned and a charm added for such a small price Outside of 12month warranty as soon as it was received they fixed cleaned and sent it back out that same day Brilliant absolutely brilliant
