On the website it says clearly 2 per month and only below it says that this will be charged on an annual basis upfront i e 24 This is purposefully misleading I signed up to send 1 card with the intention of cancelling after sending it and only being charged 2 - but got charged the full 24 Technically this is not illegal but will catch a lot of people out More fool me

ONE WORD AWFUL
Fell in the trap again and subscribed to JibJab The website has very dated cheezy video-cards that often don t make any sense it s not at all user friendly Once you complete your card you could not download it but have to send a link of the video that is basically 90 marketing for JibJab with your video lost in the middle of it NEVER AGAIN

Don t do it unless you re ready to pay to see and share your video Complete waste of time maybe they should have you pay before you can even make a video I would have paid it but since you allow people to make the video then deny them to view it is distasteful and automatically gave me a bad taste for JibJab

Went on their site to send an birthday card and was requested to become a member ok but there was NO mention of the 24 fee as I was expecting to be charged for the card I chose and then I received an invoice for the yearly fee you what Another American firm looking to profiteer from gullible young people sorry mate but we re not all 17 year olds Clearly misleading in my experience
