Their customer support is non-existent Their automated response says they will get back to you in 24 hours and 8 days later still waiting They are selling a product that DOES NOT work on iCloud devices Apple has made it so you cannot turn off the 2-factor authentication This app from jjspy does not work unless you can turn it off They said they would give me 50 refund back Seriously there are laws about selling a product that doesn t work on devices operating systems your website says it does I want 100 of a refund back again 8 days and I m still waiting for you guys to respond and give me my money back

Bought xnspy but it didn t work I am busy with ticket number 7 now and each time they ask for screen shots and close the ticket so you have submit a new ticket Now the 10 days have passed and they refuse to refund Don t waste your money you only get a program that don t work an incompetent support and a lot of money down the drain

Terrible They are basically taking your money for nothing in return Nice of the features actually work and if they do it s very delayed and location is so off it s comical

I downloaded this and it wouldn t work at all so I contacted them to tell them I would like a refund after just like 4 hours because it wouldn t work at all and I downloaded it exactly how it should be and they told me they couldn t refund me because I had already used the app well no I didn t so I had to go through PayPal to get my refund they are not a good company they re rude they don t contact you right away it takes at least A-day or 2 it does a lot of cool stuff supposedly But I didn t get to see that SP APP is way better
