I purchased this product with great hopes but was greatly disappointed The target phone had the latest IOS software and would not work There was nothing in their sales pitch that indicated this issue They also would not respond to enquiry for refund Poor Product Poor Customer service Avoid at all cost

Their tech support is horrible

Their tech support is horrible You can t reach a human being to talk to about issues at their company The only way is to submit a Techicalreport at their website which they usually don t respond to Can t get their product to work as they advertise and no one to help me Let s see if they respond to this

Absolute garbage SCAM

Absolute garbage never found a single mobile number Couldn t even find my own number Said I used blocking software which is a lie Swift plan is Total con everybody beware

Pointless

In order to make this work on any new iphone you have to create a new iCloud account on the target device therefore making it easily traceable that you have altered the device rendering the whole point of this service absolutely pointless and it is not clear before you buy it It doesn t even deserve the one star They then refuse a full refund Atrocious company

This company has taken my money and are now ignoring me i have no service from them but they have my money im reporting them to bbb for fraud and theft my emails are now coming back as wrong address
