I was branded a fraud for buying multiple items

Full time worker plus part time reseller here My bizzare experience in my 3 yrs of reselling Shop assistant suggested jolly tots item to me Never bought from them before I decided to give it a shot as it was grossly reduced First order was nice So I bought 2 more Only one was delivered Surprised I took pics and emailed them About next day I got a reply with a tracking number for the 2nd item I tried to track it the number wasn t recognized Emailed them again and got a reply with possible date of delivery It did arrive Box was very dirty and old looking I checked the year of manufacture it s 2021 I didn t mind the box and so my customer Well it turns out it s an older model as written on the chassis and it doesn t have the 2021 features We my customer I were able to settle with no cost to any of us so I didn t bother contacting jolly tots I have got pics of the box when it was delivered to me when it was delivered to my customer items pics and details of the dispute Afterwards I was doing price matching to other reliable distributor until I couldn t Reluctantly went back to purchase same item 4th and then another 5th just because my normal supplier doesn t have it in stock delivery was going to be late 4th item was marked shipped but tracking shows otherwise I wasn t bothered Then I got an email basically asking what I do with all the purchases I asked if that s a problem Then there were series of emails basically harassing me they went investigating me pulled a listing from a selling site and wrote that I m not selling for much profit which is strange with multiple question marks I was confused about the whole conversation I asked if they don t allow reselling or want to give me a discount so I can make more money since they have issues with my little profit Then came the accusation implying I must be a fraud as it doesn t make sense I m selling for not much more than I bought it Well they were right on the 5th item as I m selling it almost same price as them but I normally buy somewhere else for almost 100 less than I listed it Moreover I v got 37 5hrs wk job so I don t necessarily need to mark up price selling is to me what shopping is to some people Their talk about fraud made me think back to all my dealings with them The wrong tracking numbers the older model pram in a newer model box I m not sure they didn t just stick the label on it since they know so much about fraudulent activities I just told them to cancel my purchase as I don t trust what they are going to send There are numerous baby shops some well discounted than others I v only bought 5 items and got harassed Makes me appreciate the shops I have bought more than 20 items from that never snooped harassed or asked witl s questions Thanks for reading

Bought a ex display travel system

DO NOT USE THEM Unprofessional Just cancelled my order because of this review absolutely childish behaviour I have a right as a customer to leave honest feedback Bought a ex display travel system Wasn t as advertised so they replaced bits with universal ones NOT original after I complained pram then arrived was different colour frame NOT chrome The baby cot zip was broken Got a partial refund After 8 weeks of using carrycot I put baby into seat which was so narrow even for 10 weeks old it kept catching his arms and were trapped The sun shade kept falling in the way wouldn t stay founded away I wrote to Jolly tots they ignored messages I saw a new pram they had a good price on a few months ago and asked if they would do it for that price because this pram isn t any good so will have to buy another They weren t accommodating said they can t do it for that price So I bought the pram from somewhere else and they price matched jolly tots 2 weeks later I see the pram I was asking about back to the discount price on their Facebook but they couldn t do that for me even though I had a headache with the ex display I had bought from them and had to sell it on and buy a new one I lost money as I had to sell it on and buy another new pram I then saw a diaper bag to match my pram so I ordered A parcel arrived it was NOT a diaper bag but a Nuna Cudl baby carrier I contacted them and they arranged it to be picked up It was picked up and they never sent out my order as they waiting on the carrier going back as if I would steal this item I was so fed up with them I left this review and they cancelled my order can t believe how childish they are Avoid at all costs They have blocked me on Facebook and put the price up on the diaper bag I was bought and then they cancelled They are trying to get my review removed they are dishonest and sell substandard items

Avoid I ordered 3 blankets Was sent 2 and not even the right ones They expect me to be home fir a collection even though I work full time OR I can take to fed ex depot which is at least an hour away Awful company My first order and never again

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs If I could give 0 star I would Received a faulty swing chair and after countless attempts at getting my money back I am still no further forward Have contacted via chat 2 email addresses and an online submission It s an absolute joke and causing me unnecessary stress at 34 weeks pregnant Completely unacceptable Editing due to the response below the size of the area that is faulty and coming apart is irrelevant the item is faulty and your take on this is just ridiculous This is the fastest response i have had typical as soon as you leave a review your complaint is looked into and as to sending more pictures I sent you a picture of the area then a week later you asked me for a video as I explained I am heavily pregnant and the item has been boxed up a video would show exactly the same as a picture I had to constantly chase your team for a response to emails and to be frank the service has been disgusting The reason I do not want a replacement cover is due to the item being faulty and shoddy quality Why would I waste more time with a replacement when the quality will be the same I am now out of pocket and will be putting in a formal complaint

Poor packaging and conflicting information around safety

I purchased a bundle set of car seats and isofix base Unpackaged the seats and all looked ok the item was described as damaged box which was just a little tear to each Went to fit the isofix and realised that this was very scratched and damaged Jolly totts arranged a quick collection and replacement to be sent which arrived even more damaged than the first one Videos and photos were sent I was then told they would need the item back before they could issue the refund then I was told to return all car seats as they may of all been damaged in transit I was later told they should be ok After finding an eBay listing although I was assured the items were checked prior to despatch they were not packaged no where near as much as they should be They had two small pieces of cardboard either side Other advertisements had bubble wrap to delicate easily damaged areas Cellaphane to cover each part and then also extra cardboard to them also I was told they were sorry and return what I wished to With the baby due and needing a car seat to get them out of hospital very upset does not cover how I feel putting a trust in a service twice

Headache

Headache Wrong item sent to me I contacted them they asked me to open I confirmed wrong item so package back up Had to wait in for collection no communication from them about times so waited in Item collected but they didn t send out my order I wasn t happy as they assume I would not return their mistake back and keep I wrote a review about previous experience with my travel system i purchased from them as it was a nightmare They have reported to trustpiolt got review temp removed pending evidence which I have sent to them They wasn t happy inbox me on Facebook to say in light of my review they have cancelled my order and refunded me out of spite Blocked me from Facebook and put the price up on their website on the item I was buying Childish unprofessional unacceptable behaviour I will NOT order from them again Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

Nice staff but are they deceptive

I must say the sales people are very nice I have had my graco double pushchair for over a year I can say I do still love it but then it started becoming faulty Upon trying to send it back to repair I asked whether they could repair it and they said Graco pushchairs have only a 1 year warranty This is not what was told to me and my wife which was two years Hence I do feel like I was duped Unfortunately this is a low rating for that reason as it has ruined my whole experience I had the receipt and everything but what the sales people told us should have been honoured This is not an honourable store

Avoid if you can I ordered a pushchair from this company and although it arrived very quickly the customer service is abysmal Once the pushchair arrived I took it out the box put it together and had a quick go around the living room Unfortunately it was just too heavy bulky and had a horrible fold I simply could not lift the buggy alone and needed a friends help This is obviously not ideal when I ll be out and about on my own I called the store and explained how I wished to return this one and purchase another which was more expensive I was told on the phone that to return it it would cost an additional 20 on top of the 6 delivery I have already paid and that only if they deemed it an acceptable return would they refund me If not they will charge ANOTHER 6 to send it back to me I was in total shock to this What an absolute rip off considering all the other online stores I have been looking at offer free delivery AND free returns I also had to message the company and ASK for a receipt of purchase It didn t state what I bought how much the product was etc it was just a copy of their till receipt Honestly if you can buy elsewhere I would Shocking returns awful customer service no receipt no tracking Rubbish Avoid

PLEASE BE AWARE Jolly Tots BirminghamWorse customer service where do I even start spent over 1000 on a pram oyster 3 after been told only part of it had been delivered I had to beg the store to order me a car seat in of the system from baby online another company that I contacted myself To find out if they had my car seat in stock as jolly tots kept saying it s delayed and my baby was due any day just the car seat of the bundle I argued with jolly tots to order the car seat in off them due to I payed for the whole system in the end they ordered my car seat so I could finally pick up my bundle of the 12 piece travel system oyster 3 that I had payed in full weeks before they wanted to just loan me a car seat till it arrived I was fuming finally to then receive the pram it is faulty colour coming off the handles the system dose not fold properly and parasol pinged off it s dangerous the stitching all come away from the carry cot part the car seat dose not fit to the system properly to be told when I phoned them to put dw40 on the pram and that I didn t no how to use it properly the cheek of it umm no thankyou I have asked for a full refund and return the system as it is not fit for purpose to be told they will not refund me and I m using the pram wrong please be aware of buying from here I have now just purchased another pram system from a big reputable company and had such an amazing experience jolly tots I m so disappointed in how you have treated me having a baby is a magical experience and you ruined my pram experience stressed me out before my baby was due and not will not help me when you sold me a faulty travel system I wouldn t want anyone else to have this experience and I will not rest until I have my full refund I currently getting advice trading standards to settle this matter And I won t stop making people aware IV been online and in the reviews quite a few customers have had the same problem the manager is rude Once they take your money there is no customer care I m so annoyed I could of got this same deal in all big brand stores but silly me like to help the smaller businesses imagen having this issue with John Lewis they would return it instantly Same pram is in there at the same price
