Fantastic customer service I ve ordered so many prams previously - never from here And WOW they respond so quickly so efficient and helpful I thought it might be too good to be true- but nope They re just fantastic

I have bought so many items from this store ranging from nursery furniture to car seats and high chairs Service is extremely good They know their products well They demonstrate how to use your product to its maximum For my car seat and isofix base they kindly unpackaged the item and fit it into my car and literally watched me use the item before I drive off Brilliant business Deserves the support You will never be disappointed No hard sell - instead you get support

I ve bought numerous items from tbis business over the last 6 years for both children Staff are friendly and accommodating communication is spot on Fast despatch and delivery of items All items are perfect and I ve had no issues with any over the years

Great service from start to finish Ordered Joie pram with separate car seat and base fast replies very helpful even sent me images of stock so I could choose which car seat They didn t have the carseat to match so I chose a different one later that evening I had a message that the same colour car seat had arrived in their delivery and did I want to swap This message was after they closed too Ordered Friday delivered Tuesday Great service would recommend

Fantastic company Great items and amazing prices

I ordered an unpretty box car seat on a Tuesday night It arrived by Thursday lunchtime The box has the tiniest mark on it and the car is in perfect condition Jolly Tots are amazing and they always provide fantastic items I ve bought numerous items now and always a great service Would recommend to everyone Thank you so much

5 star service Thanks so much it s arrived first time ordering from you guys and won t be my last super fast delivery only ordered Friday and it s come already roll on 18weeks for my baby girl to be here

Was recommend this company by a friend and they did not disappoint Was looking for a new buggy for my little boy and found the Joie Literax newest model on their site for 215 then found the unpretty box section in which it was 185 but they had an offer on for 5 off due to pay week Tried the code and it didn t work the girls at Jolly Tots were quick to help me when I mailed them and helped me process it through mails instead of their site so I could still get the discount It was ordered Monday around 4pm and arrived by Wednesday morning Will Definetely use again thanks so much xxx

I recently bought the Joie travel cot

I recently bought the Joie travel cot excellent value for money What did stand out was the fantastic customer service I received ordered on a Sunday afternoon and received the cot on the Tuesday But even better than that I had a query about putting it together and within minutes of contacting them I had a response Brilliant Brilliant service and value If I was a mum with young children or expecting a new baby buying as a grandparent I would DEFINITELY recommend you visit via Website Social Media or pop in store I will definitely be spreading the word Excellent
