Best customer service I have ever experienced

I had a problem with my water pump I got onto the joolca support team and wow where they great they got back to me straight away I showed what was happening and I had a new one shipped out to me the next day I couldn t be happier with there service and there products I would recommend joolca to anyone

Joolca customer service is excellent I had a problem with my faucet handle on off switch It would still leak after turning it off I followed all of the online help and still couldn t fix it so next step was to record a video of the issue which I did and sent it off The next day the friendly team at Joolca replied to me and said they had reviewed the video and would send a replacement handle The day after that it had been shipped I would think my unit is out of warranty but there were not even any gripes about that Highly recommend the team at joolca

I had an issue with a pump that I had purchased sometime ago and emailed their customer support I received a response to my email within 24 hours and follow up emails were responded to almost immediately resulting in the problem being fixed that day

I made a mistake during my purchase and they were so quick to respond and help me fix the issue I haven t been able to use my product yet but even if there was any issues there is no doubt their after care service would be on point Very grateful for their assistance Also the product was sent out and received promptly

I contacted Joolca as my V2 Hws was

I contacted Joolca as my V2 Hws was leaking They replied asking me to send a video to show the leak After i did t b at they then offered a diagnostic solution They were very close with the diagnosis which enabled me to fix the problem The whole problem was sorted very quickly Thanks again

Joolca is for me

I ve been using Joolca for years now and it pleases me as an avid camper that this company doesn t sit on its hands Joolca are always improving bringing out products that make camping so much more pleasurable and like anything there are times when things don t always go as planned and this is where I rate Joolca head and shoulders above the rest of the competition their warranty is second to none they are so helpful in every way and for me as a regular customer they give me those little extras that others wouldn t so all in all for me it s Joolca bar noneThank you Joolca
