The date 12th October was the day we had first went to look for a car the sales person Whose name was Tom showed us around he was very helpful and friendly not pushy in any way When we finally chose the car we then completed the paperwork all this being in good humour polite and helpful way all the other staff there were all very helpful and polite On the next week picking up the car Tom went through the paperwork and car collection with the same politeness and humour with us as before Good experience

Purchased my car at the Grantham branch - Range Rover - excellent service really efficient and the guys working there made it so easy for me I can t rate this company enough - no sitting around for hours and no messing about Helped me with everything and got the car quickly Very happy with my purchase and the additional warranty I was able to buy Will be coming back

I dealt with Umesh who was very helpful It was really busy and he was having to juggle between me and someone else he kept me informed I put a deposit down on a car that I was due to pick up after it went through its health checks etc unfortunately the car had a few issues but they called me and made me aware they couldn t sell me the car I massively appreciated this as it meant they weren t just worried about selling me the car they were honest I ve now purchased a different Discovery sport that I m very happy with Ian was informative upon collection and very accommodating I will recommend to friends and family

Cannot fault the service received from Junction 17 cars Travelled a reasonable distance to buy an AMG Line A Class Mercedes and I was not disappointed The vehicle was super clean and had been valeted ready for test driving Matt who was the sales agent was very helpful throughout our transaction I did has a small issue with the battery when I got the car home but this was sorted out straight away by Jamie in aftersales All in all a very positive experience and I would use Junction 17 again in the future The Yaxley showroom is very nice as are the cars within it Thanks very much

Great service and great vehicle

I was allowed as long as I wanted to look around the car with no pressure from the salesman He managed to be both nicely invisable and on hand to answer any questions Once I was ready to talk figures again there was no pressure my PX vehicle was priced fairly ahead of the talks so I knew exactly where I was starting from The entire process felt open and honest with things like warrenty discussed and offered but never pushed It genuinely felt that Tom wanted me to be happy more than he wanted to sell the car which is fantastically refreshing

Easy purchase and trade in
