Late and cold - unsafe to eat

My order was made at 7 04 and arrived to my door at 7 59 It was freezing cold when it arrived We rang just eat and was told we could only get 50 refund credit to our just eat account under their new policy that was changed last month of which I don t see anywhere on their website We could get no further information on this policy other than that it was the policy I was very disappointed with this lack of information and the overall experience

Bad service

My first day on the app The driver arrived at the gate but told me to my face he couldn t hand me the order The reason The app picked up a location that wasn t close enough to my actual location Seems the app picked up the other side of the building and he was saying it wasn t allowing him to deliver So I had to watch him turn around with my order and take it back When I checked the app reviews it was full of one star ratings from other unhappy customers who d also had ridiculous and frustrating experiences with them

Never received the food

Never received the food Somehow my order was placed with the wrong address even though I have the correct address on my account The driver never tried to contact me and went to the wrong address I was then contacted by customer service and gave them the correct address but the driver still didn t deliver Marked the order as delivered but didn t give it to neither our neighbor or us Customer service is absolutely atrocious I had to argue with them for 20 minutes to get the refund They don t know why there s the wrong address on the order why the driver didn t call where the food was delivered Will never order with them again

Don t bother use deliveroo uber eats

Don t bother give your money to alternatives Last three times we ve ordered it s been wrong address or 2 hours late Wrong address in 2024 and when the app asks you to drop a pin on your location also absolute BS Refund takes 5-7 days and a meagre 5 euro compensation I deleted my account today without using the low credit and will gladly use deliveroo or uber eats in future I d recommend others do same they re standards and service delivery is unvelievably bad

Misleading reviews

The star ratings for takeaways are very misleading When reviewing it asks for two ratings one for the food and the other for delivery time These are weighted the same so if the food you ordered is bad but you got it quickly you are essentially tricked into giving the place a three star or higher rating misleading other customers

Ordered using Just eat for McDonalds

Ordered using Just eat for McDonalds and missing items get onto just eat and do nothing about it offer a small refund in credit when the delivery and service fees are more that the refund DONT USE THESE ANYMORE I DEMANDED MONEY BACK ONTO CARD AND NOT CREDIT AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT -ALSO SHIELA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

They work for the restaurants not the customer

I stopped ordering from Just Eat because I got sick of finding my inbox stuffed with useless discounts midweek places I don t order from I appreciate they re trying to drum up business on quiet days and promote their less popular clients - but the customers know what they want to eat and when

Order never arrive

Order from Just eat shop on 10 11 24 for 12 boxes of carrier bag until today 04 01 25 still Has not received tried email no response tried texting the sales consultant he said the bags are being sent from Poland to Ireland If you are serious about selling the carrier bag Please at lease improve the delivery service If the customer order food and not receive You immediately refund back on behalf of the partner but on your shop you just ignore the email
