Extra charges are crazy

Twice your deliverer said he had arrived but never rang the doorbell We were told he would have left the food The food was nowhere to be found The second time it happened your staff actually tried to charge us for the food Also the service fees along with delivery are uttterly crazy It can amount to almost 7 euro to get food delivered I do my best to order directly from the restaurant to avoid being fleeced in this way Today my food arrived completely cold The food itself was 7 50 but just under 12 euro with fees All in all EXTREMELY disappointing

More expensive than going direct with the restaurant New service delivery charge formats driving the price up Would rather use deliveroo or Uber eats to be honest

Expensive robotic service

When I got the wrong order from them they only refund me for the food but not for the delivery and service which was about 30 of the order worth Also they used to have a live chat so one could handle issues immediately while now they just ask you to fill a form and then email you Feels robotic and unfair

I m sick of this

I m sick of this it s meant to be delivery service ever since they started allowing companies to stay on the site when they only do collections you re not garentee to get your food If I want to pick it up I would go into the restaurant and order it there

Stopped using Just Eat when I noticed

Stopped using Just Eat when I noticed that the prices on Just eat are regularly more expensive than if you go direct despite their price promise and delivery charge invariably higher

The food was not ready when we were

The food was not ready when we were told by Just Eat that it would be Half an hour later we emerged from the restaurant Why say 5 30pm collection ready if it s not going to be ready until 6 Also I wasn t able to select my choice of strength- mild medium or hot for lots of the meals like I can on the restaurant s own website Both of these issues would discourage me from using Just Eat to order again

maybe drivers should contact support if they messed up

Could you guys change your policy so that the driver has to be held responsible for not bringing items whether taht be contating support of retreiving the item instead of just saying No Call just eat and walking away I dunno I feel it may possibly just maybe yield better results

RIP OFF

RIP OFF Check the prices on Just eat against the price charged instore Ordering on just eat adds at least 50c sometimes more extra per item on the online menu compared to the price the restaurant or Take away charge for The same items ordered over the phone or instore

I ve had a few bad experiences with

I ve had a few bad experiences with delivery from just eat one didint come at all and I pent a lot of time back and forward trying to sort it out and delivery s have been extremely late by over an hour on numerous occasions it can be hit and miss

Do not bother contacting

Restaurant was fine but there was an issue I had with Just Eat they are impossible to contact if it s not a FAQ Days after I messaged them on Facebook they finally answered with the wrong information then never replied after that Very poor customer service
