Way too expensive

Way too expensive Going direct with the restaurant is much cheaper - no increased menu price no admin fee much cheaper delivery charge

Prices a joke

A lot of issues around delivery times fellas accepting more then one order and take ages to get to you when complain about it they refund ya a couple euro too keep ya quite Prices they charge for service fee and delivery increases all time plus if you ring restaurant it s always cheaper per item they are clearly adding there own percentage on-top of items

Usually works fine but check on Google if the restaurant is actually open Ordered 2 meals from a restaurant Just Eat said was open the restaurant is closed every Monday However my order was taken and payment probably went through only to be told a half hour later that the food cannot come Just Eat should know when restaurants are open or closed

The just eat fees are extortionate

The just eat fees are extortionate leading to restaurants and takeaways upping the prices using the app The delivery fees are on average 4 on the app but only 2 50 if you phone directly The customer service if there s an issue is Disgraceful You need to basically beg your agents for a refund even when orders don t come or come freezing cold

When you receive an order that is

When you receive an order that is wrong disgusting or not cooked properly and let s just say you spent 50 Well you ll get a percentage of what you spent back and the rest is the customers loss I ve started ordering directly with the restaurants and at least I can do a chargeback if I m not satisfied Do a chargeback with Just eat they delete your account

Took almost 24 hours to get back to me

Took almost 24 hours to get back to me after having received wrong food order Would not even compensate the full cost of the order which was less than 20 I ve ordered numerous times from just eat and very rarely get any sort of discounts which is so disappointing for regular customers I feel this really needs to be reviewed

Online gift voucher head aches

Tried to buy two e-gift vouchers from Just Eat to put in cards for friends Two issues Got to payment stage easily enough Then nearly had a stroke with Captcha sending perhaps 7 or 8 prompts before it let me finish Each time I ve now downloaded the vouchers only to discover it doesn t say just eat on them Who designed these things

Greedy extras from just eat

Amout of fees applied to your customers that is different all the time rainging from 50 cent to over 2 euros when placing orders when you already get a big percentage from the restaurants

Although the service idea is good

Although the service idea is good it is far too reliant on the punctuality of the drivers to be any good on more occasions than not we have had our food arrive stone cold and sometimes up to an hour after the order was placed or the wrong order is delivered given that nowhere we order from is any more than 10 minutes away I personally don t find this acceptable it looks bad not only for JustEat but also for the businesses utilising their service I certainly wouldn t use them again unless I wanted something cold and later on in the day
