Please I beg you do not use this remittance at all I m a march customer They do delaying tactics not to send your money quick enough no matter documents you provide subject to compliance I have fulfilled all the documents required and yet still asking a lot Unnecessary documents poor communication with their members One staff will email orsay something then another staff will say something different No communication unfriendly staff Jake none of the staff pretending he can t hear you put the phone down do not bother to ring back Is that the right customer service no Please if you do not want headache or stress please avoid using this remittance this is a scam remittance and I am involving the authority on this matter

Me n my family very sad very very sad today We ve used Kabayan Remit 7 8 years we ve been extremely loyal and compliance banned me from sending Im a plastics recycling consultant I earn pretty good income but this year 2023 hard year for us all We ve been struggling Bcos of big family I ve had to sell things like personal belongings n bank cash from sale of items plus I ve put my quad bike up for sale too so I can pay cash into my bank acct so I can continue to provide for all my children n family i gave kabayan Remit Compliance all the information to help them Of course I understand compilance have a job to do but banning me is very cold hearted n unfair i could have lied but im not a liar I told the truth n honestly answered their questions in truth I actually felt like I was being interigated by the compliance team Compliance asked me questions n I was very helpful in answering questions with truth of mine n my family s situation and my source of income They said I was sending more than I m earning well of course Bcos I m selling my personal things to raise money through a difficult time plus I have some cash savings and my Mum has loaned me well given me money Bcos I m her son and It isn t unlawful to sell my personal belongings to raise cash to aid n help provide for my kids family We ve all pawned items n sold things to get foods on the table n pay bills and I ve worked for 36 years and earned good income so I have some cash put by for rainy days in life Guess what Kabayan Remit repay my loyal custom by treating me poorly and like I m a crook They ve locked my account can you all believe this they leave me n my family struggling now I have to send money home to feed all kids milk rice diapers school bills rent etc - cold n ruthless of Kabayan Remit Compliance Happy to take my money n business for 7 8 years now we in global reccession we all struggling to survive ourselves n families I m gutted and very disappointed with treatment I ve received and above all really hurt Me n my family really depended on Kabayan Remit with sending money back home I m not a gold or diamond smuggler at all just a very simple loving family man and all my children are adopted I am taking care of sick homeless children with my wife bringing hope n giving roof n normal family life to all the kids and Kabayan turned their back on us and they know me n my wife do all this kind caring work to aid n help unfortunate children in Philippines Tell ya what Kabayan Remit you ve really hurt me n my family and we won t ever forgive you Shame on you Kabayan Remit Shame on you God sees all good deeds and bad ones too When you hurt someone you create a debt for yourself it s called karma I m done

Kabayan uses metrobank which is Ok most of the time but then suddenly they will withhol d a transaction for verification but then just sit on it for many days and do nothing The only way out it to demand a refund When a remittance is urgent this is not helpful to say the least

Wasted time signing up for it since ive seen good exchange rate signed up then getting transfere fee almost 5 later on asking to verify my id which is given 2 attempts done first attempt with driving license failed second attempt used passport failed again receiving email saying your not be allowed to have account with them jokes company cant identify IDs properly their system isnt seems to be up to date updated if they cant match up selfie with passport id picture wasted of time better use worldremit or westerunion faster registration quicker transferes exchange rate might be 1 or 2 pesos less but at least money receiving within 1hour WILL NOT TRY REGISTER AGAIN USELESS COMPANY BIG TRANSFERE FEE RATES TOO westerunion provides same exchange rates

I went all through the verification process and after my last transaction they disabled my account without further information dont try to use this app they havent refund my money yet

i wrong sent them a money i asked them t return my money till now no action

IVE BEEN USING THIS FOR A LONG TIME NOW AND NOW THEY ARE QUESTIONING MY SOURCE OF INCOME AND WHY AM I SENDING FREQUENTLY TO MY SON IN THE PHILIPPINES LOL SINCE MY SON IS IS PAYING ALL THE BILLS USING HIS OWN MONEY I WAS JUST REPAYING WHAT I OWE TO MY SON BECAUSE HE ALSO NEEDS THE MONEY FOR HIS TREATMENTS

Took my money they endlessly asking for bank statements and details and then don t make the transfer They haven t returned my money

I ve been using Kabayan Remit when they were still called Asenso Remit And now they were so unbelievably strict even the receivers on my list were there since I started And now they started asking for their details etc I used to refer them to friends but now I will not Will be looking for other options now

They should inform their customers that sending money for collection at Metro Bank will involve sitting in Metro Bank for hours whilst they contact head office for approval Nice way to spend your holiday
