When it works its great but they are forever changing the way it works My wife and I an others in our family have used this for years We cannot use it anymore because they have made it so complicated They asked us to register a phone number and we did and that does not even work MY advice to you is go somewhere else You never know these days if you are being hacked and when a company keeps changing how they operate it is a danger signal you cannot even contact them on the site if you cant log on has it been hacked

Do not give personal bank information

Actually the service has been very good and dependable But I was contacted by compliance to provide my personal bank account number and full bank statement That kind of information can lead to Identity theft No matter how I explained that I have more than sufficient funds to pay for all transactions Kabayan Remit has refused to allow me to continue to use their services So please if you read this you must refuse to give this company your personal bank account and data This information is private and should not be provided to third parties such as Kabayan Remit My driver s license or passport and facial photo should be sufficient to prove my identity

It tooks 10 hours to credit the money I sent to Philippines I called customer service he just say it will come few hours but goes long time

We are sending money to the Philippines every week At first Kabayan Remit was so fast and no hustle This past couple of months my transaction always went to compliance some issue with bank and whatnot It a nuisance to always call and follow why the transfer was on hold every week

The exchange rate is good sending money is on real time so far no problem sending cash to Philippines but I m suggesting that it s good if you ve got points when you re sending money like western union that can use for fee of sending money
