Me and my family came to get a watch made for our Dads 60th Birthday We were served by Georgina She took great care in telling us the details and giving us information on each watch Georgina also was extremely patient as our Dad went through the different options she was funny and gave us all a fantastic experience There was a great selection of Watch faces and straps to choose from and adding an engraving made the watch extra special First class customer service from Georgina thank you

We love the Kartel brand I ve bought them for my husbands Doctorate graduation and my son s wedding They look so sophisticated and are beautiful on Staff are so helpful although today the staff in Edinburgh couldn t change a battery for us but no worries we live in St Andrews so will go there The shop is so professional and don t rush you to make choices

We attended a watch making experience today in Kartel in Edinburgh for my partner First class customer service from Josh made us feel welcome offered us drinks right away Met Georgina as well who was also very friendly and welcoming Josh gave us history of Kartel then showed us all the available watch faces straps and buckles Allowed my partner as much time as he needed to choose the right one Josh then did his magic and created the perfect watch Everything was so relaxed and perfect Highly recommend as a special gift Thanks for a lovely experience Josh and Georgina
