Shipping is very slow 1 order shipped with 7 different tracking Party is over when everything arrived and they will charger you return for 25 restocking fees and you pay your own shipping and you need to return them to different 3 addresses and need to get approval of each of them where they came from Stay away from this company go to amazon for better service

No communication or customer service on a 500 order
Two weeks ago I ordered a 500 espresso machine from them I received no communication about shipping dates but if I entered the order number on their site it would say it was going to be shipped the next Friday That was already really slow to just get it in the mail but okay Then it didn t ship and the page quit giving any sort of shipping date I emailed asking for an update got zero response Now I m going to have to dispute the charges Really unprofessional at minimum might be an outright scam

Received a wrong part kept getting the run around
I ordered a lighter tube assembly and did not receive what I ordered Later after 4 calls with them all saying they were going to start a case for a return nothing was done I refused to pay a restocking fee They sent me the wrong item I didn t order a wrong item Someone finally told me they updated their web page because the incorrect part was listed I kept asking to speak to a supervisor that was meaningless as well This is the worst supply service I have ever had to deal with I truly feel like I been plunked out

KaTom looked legit They stole from me and are just robber bums They sent defective item and ghosted me thereafter Avoid this place if you don t want to be disappointed Very unfortunate experience with no recourse

Ordered 24 mugs
Ordered 24 mugs - 6 arrived broken and the rest had clay or glaze issues Katom required the we pay to ship them back AND pay a restocking fee - and they would review and decide if they would issue the partial refund Will never order from or recommend them to anyone Buyer Beware will also be filing a BBB complaint

Canceled items without warning shipped rest of order without reducing shipping charges
KaTom abruptly canceled the majority of items in my order then charged me 38 shipping to ship the remaining 17 worth of items They did not give an opportunity to cancel my order and they haven t refunded the excess shipping charges for unshipped items which would have been the right thing to do

KATOM is DECEPTIVE
KATOM totally misled our organization when we recently purchased kitchen equipment Due to a disaster we needed an immediate shipment of merchandise KATOM promised at the time of order that everything without exception would be delivered by May 31st However their deception was uncovered when they missed all delivery dates notifying us only after they received payment that the items they swore were in stock were not Their deception is why we will not order again from KATOM

I ordered a gas burner on July 19th Got an email from an agent saying the product is not available I immediately replied asking to cancel the order Its been 5 days now nobody wants to help Whenever I call them I get a new update the last update I received is that the manufacturer is not replying What do I have to do with any 3rd party When the product I want is not available just cancel my order and issue a refund First experience with them and a worst one I should have read reviews before ordering now my money is stuck DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY DONT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS RIGHT

I ve ordered from this company twice
I ve ordered from this company twice before and I was very pleased However my most recent experience was vastly different I successfully placed my order and subsequently received an email saying the couldn t verify my address I m an avid on-line shopper and I ve lived here for 20 years Never had a problem including my two previous orders with KaTom They requested that I use PayPal Wire Transfer or Check Customer service was very pleasant and responsive but they just repeated what was in the very odd email The second person said they couldn t tie me to my address Yet that same address worked for my two previous orders I told them to cancel the order and I wanted to see evidence of the cancellation within 2 days They hung up

Horrible Company
They sold me an ice machine combo without explaining that the ice bin has nothing to do with ice machine Would not return even after I said I would pay a 25 restocking fee 344 Horrible company with horrible customer service I would never purchase from this company ever again They should be out of business Webstaurant is the company to go to
