Good experience except for a frustrating surprise

The site did not make it clear that the cage does not include a grid bottom and we had to order extra grids to make up for this because our cage area is unstable without them and the grids and connectors are a different size from the grids we were using before Otherwise things went very smoothly The shipping speed was impressive

The wire panels are great but not really worth the money for the bottom

The wire enclosure is great It s a great size sturdy and was easy to put together But the bottom insert left a lot to be desired It s a very thin flimsy material that my guinea pigs just immediately started chewing to shreds Gunk also gets stuck in the cracks where it folds up on the sides I really expected more for the money I paid for this thing I probably should ve just gotten the 25 one from Amazon because I m going to have to spend more money on a new solution for the bottom

Great product but needed directions

I really like the cage alot the only thing I wish is that it came with direct instructions I could not find a video for the exact cage that I bought so I had to look at the picture on the website and somewhat guess how many panels go where After putting together the cages we realized we needed to use four of the panels to make the loft but we didn t know until it was too late and I didn t want to have to try to take four from the bottom to make the loft because I didn t know where I should pull them from to keep it sturdy If there were direct instructions I don t believe this would have happened I ended up purchasing 4 more c c panels from another website so I can make the loft I love the product but for that much money I just wish it had instructions

I ordered the stacked 5x2 cage for my two males and two female Guinea pigs I had a hard time putting it together as there are no instructions video tutorials or guidance on putting that type of cage together Simply had to go off the picture The cage itself is nice and durable but we recently experienced the middle section that holds up the top section completely falling apart The connections weren t holding whatsoever We added zip ties for extra support which we should ve done to begin with don t skip the zip ties Other than that it s a good cage Overpriced in my opinion but good nonetheless

Pillow not good for a rabbit

I love the pavilion I got for my rabbit Very cute and the outside seems sturdy The problem is the pillow which she dug into and tore up immediately I wish the outside material was more durable because it s kinda just a waste of money now But the house itself is nice

Only buy the panels if you got your C C cage from Kavee

I bought some panels to make a lid for my guinea pig s cage Good quality quick shipping but unfortunately did not fit the cage The panels have thinner wiring and the connectors don t fit to the rest of the cage

Shipping and delivery were great Product arrived sooner than expected But for the money I spent on it his cage I was expecting more or at least something a little more sturdy Not cardboard bottoms I was slightly disappointed Especially since my piggies are already chewing the 300 cardboard base

So the cage itself is OK I really like the concept It is great to add the option to build it a bit higher and have storage underneath Some items could use a bit of tweaking The plastic panels do not fit well into the plastic rings They required a lot of encouragement and elbow grease Also it wasn t as sturdy as I had hoped I reinforced it with zip ties and now it is doing much better

One item I received wasn t the correct

One item I received wasn t the correct item and one of the metal grids on my cage wasn t properly welded both mishaps were promptly resolved Shipping was kind of slow but it s out of the country so I didn t expect it to be super fast The liners are cute but I prefer another brand for ease of daily sweeping I probably won t order anything else from Kavee just because of how expensive it is and I can get things from the States quicker

Love the cage the company But the cage took a little longer to get here I had seen how my shipping on the tracking map didn t move for certain period of time so I had to contact the company myself to remind them when my expected delivery date was because it was coming up and I still didn t have my package After I emailed the company everything was fine and I had gotten my package a day or two later
