I have still yet to recieve my product

I have still yet to recieve my product A cage for her guinea pigs which was purchased as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter The confirmation email states it is On Time and will be here on 12 22 and it is now 12 26 The product has been in memphis TN for days I have made attempts to contact customer support with no response I am hopeful that this review will lead to a response from someone

Terrible quality

Disappointed in the quality of this product especially considering its so expensive I do not recommend The bottom is just cheap plastic any small animal will est is apart I ve reached out to support about complaints and also never got a response

I cannot believe you guys charged 163

I cannot believe you guys charged 163 for this cheaply made cage The quality of this cage is exceptionally poor I feel like I ve been ripped off The liner is terrible quality and I could ve bought those C C grids for 40 on Amazon I will not recommend this to any fellow guinea pig or rabbit owners and I will never purchase from this company again Extremely cheap I will leave an honest review on Google of how terrible this company is

Customer service was awful

Customer service was awful Didn t help me at all My specific cage didn t have an Instruction video or any instructions at all It took them over a week to respond to me and when they did they basically said they couldn t help me

Still no guinea pig cage

I ordered a guinea pig cage on February 21st The case was supposed to arrive somewhere around March 1st It is March 14th and the cage has still not arrived

Great idea poor execution

I was very excited to receive my cage I ve always made them myself but decided to splurge and get my girls a nice pre made one I ordered a 2x6 cage and it arrived quickly and well packaged I was very disappointed with how the 2 base floor piece fit together there was multiple holes where waste could pass threw I found having to watch a video was frustrating I would of much rather had the QR code send me to written instructions Customer service took 5 days to return my email instead of the 24hrs they sat they will I d much rather recommend buying sheets of coroplast from a sign store and Amazon basic modular shelving grids 14x14 grids with 9 squares across to make you own cage for significantly cheaper You can buy plastic snaps to connect the corners from Guinea pig cage marketplace instead of using tape

No Thanks

Didn t realize they shipped from overseas Asked them to cancel my order they said they couldn t because it had already shipped When in actuality the label had just been created As soon as product arrived asked for a return label no response or label for days I even asked multiple times Nothing Still currently waiting for a return label Now I am out and just stuck Not happy Customer service is not customer friendly Update Finally received a return label after days of waiting for a response Now my return is stuck in customs waiting for more information From who Me or them I don t know This has been a horrific ordeal I think it will be easier to just get a charge back from my bank Ridiculous

Absolutely terrible communication

Absolutely terrible communication No response for days and I canceled my order Only after they still shipped my order did they start to respond to my emails but by then it was too late Then was told they told FedEx to help return the order Hasn t happened So disappointed and upset at the terrible lack of communication from your representatives

Customer service response to info on my order was slow I ordered 6 items and each shipped individually and arrived separately which is a big inconvenience All items are ordered together from the same location they should arrive together Don t think I would order again from your company not for the price y all charge either

Very poor customer service

Was sent the wrong size chloroplast bottoms and when I tried to communicate the issue and opened a case They were trying to have me jump through hoops just to get the issue fixed and to get what I paid for Then they quickly closed the case not allowing me enough time to provide the photos they asked for It was a gift for my daughter who lives with her grandma who is very ill right now in and out of hospital I couldn t get the pics within that short amount of time So I guess we are out of luck with getting what I paid for Very poor customer service Plus the cage kept falling apart when she was trying to put it together And she followed the video instructions completely
