I didn t receive part of my order and

I didn t receive part of my order and it has yet to be resolved I was unable to speak with anyone directly to resolve it I love what I got but I m sure I will use Kavee again because I paid for an item I didn t receive

Way too expensive for the quality

Way too expensive for the quality We were so disappointed Cheap cardboard Fleece WAY too expensive we even wonder if you know pigs at all or are they a figment of your imagination Wouldn t recommend

it s alright

the cage is alright but the grids are kinda flimsy and the coroplast is way too short my guinea pigs have been spraying outside their cage onto my carpet for this price the cage walls should have been more spacious but my pigs love the space

Wrong item delivered

Ordered a product that I really needed Wrong item was sent Waited for customer service to respond and now waiting again for shipping which has been delayed I paid over 100 weeks ago for a product I still do not have Just inconvenient Love your products Customer service was nice

I have emailed multiple times to

I have emailed multiple times to customer service because out of multiple orders there has been issues I have not received responses back to rectify the issues Pieces of the cage wire are detached from the frame making it dangerous for my piggies because they are poking out There is also cracks in the seams of the bases both on the bottom base and the loft base I also never received the fleece corner covers I ordered

Wrong items continually sent

I was extremely optimistic about the Kavee enclosures but nearly a month after placing my order I still have yet to receive half of what I ordered The first shipment was incorrect and I was told I would get the correct items shipped but instead another incorrect order was sent After reaching out to customer service many times I have still not received the correct items I paid for and no response to my latest email Very disappointed I couldn t even set up the cages with their proper pieces

Check your orders so they are correct

Every time I do an order for my 12 piggies -either you don t send it send the wrong item or the wrong amount of an item and wrong sizes I m considering not using Kavee anymore Don t misunderstand me - I love all your products but whoever is getting the orders together is not doing their job and that is a Shame Which it was different Kathy Sutter

please get better delivery services I know it s international but it s frustrating not to get your package on time and having to talk to customer service about where my package is or why they haven t received my return I don t think I will be ordering anything in the future cause of this

Horrible service and lack of correspondence

The products are well made and worth the investment The issue I experienced was with shipping and lack of correspondence Placed order on Jan 1st and one month later I m still missing an item They said they would send a new one since the item was lost in transit and I have yet to receive a tracking number I had to send multiple emails and finally received a response after messaging the social media accounts Not sure the products are worth the poor customer service and lack of correspondence concern

Needs Better Customer Service

I love the Kavee products although the customer service is not the best I have made several expensive orders getting my cage fleece etc for my new piggies I got an email at 7 01 am offering 15 off in the next 48 hours The code didn t work when I tried to place an order at 8 30am I immediately reached out with a screenshot of the email and forwarding the email to Kavee advising the code didn t work They were unwilling to provide a new code and the rep wasn t exactly pleasant
