Would Reccomend

Everything was easy to purchase online it was pretty clear what you were buying I bought the C C 3x2 Loft cage for guinea pigs and I am loving it and so are they The size dimensions of the cage amount of pieces you are going to receive and other suggested parts were easily locatable I do wish it came with some minor instructions as that would ve made assembly easier but the video online helped a lot Shipping was also super fast which is always a plus

The travel bag is very cute and convenient Unfortunately my Guinea pig passed the very next day after receiving his bag We didn t get to use it

Initial frustration but overall a good experience WONDERFUL products

update- after hearing back from support my issues were resolved I went with five stars because although I feel like the time between emailing support and hearing back was long the process was clunky and returns are a little difficult - they ARE returning my items there is only a 7 fee fair The products themselves are very well made and we are excited to welcome home our Piggies with Kavee quality original entry- Extremely frustrated that I have sent two emails to support for help with an order issue and have not received a response in over a week

It was everything plus so much more than I could ve expected me sadly not paying attention didn t realize I was ordering from the UK but it came in 4 days Free shipping I love you can change it up I got the 5 2 w the ramp translucent and sides but it got a little confusing for our little paddy so while she s getting used to it I was able to take those off and make it a little smaller Will definitely be ordering more matter of fact we are picking out her cage decor now Amazing LOVE The how to videos are great as well Thank you

Happy with the whole experience

I ordered what I thought my daughter asked for for Christmas The next day I realized I didn t get the right one and requested help I was contacted later that day when they offered to cancel and let me reorder the correct one no problem After it shipped it was stuck overseas yet still arrived when originally expected Was super easy to set up after watching a video and so far it s holding together perfectly The new babies are warming up to their new home and I am happy with the appearance

Wish I had found Kavee sooner

Finding Kavee changed my life I can t say enough about their products Free from paper bedding and hay mess No more stinky smells Cleaning the cage is so much easier than it was Plus I m confident my guinea pigs are dry odor free and living their best life I love the C C cage with flannel bedding Ingenious Love the informational videos as well Not one negative thing to say So much better for guinea pigs for so many reason and better for their owners health and pocket book Don t hesitate to buy from this great company They truly love and care about your pets

We adore Kavee

Kavee has the cutest liners Their prices are pretty expensive so I would recommend taking advantage of their sales but my pigs I love their products I have switched to their liners after my pig got bumblefoot from a different liner and have never had that issue again since Everything is so easy to clean I d recommend rinsing everything out with a hose before putting in the washing machine

Perfect Timing

Arrived well before the estimated delivery date even coming from overseas Came just in the nick of time too packages were on my porch when I came home after picking up my new Guinea pig from the breeder All items were exactly as advertised and good quality
