Second home from Keepmoat

This is our second purchase from keepmoat that should say it all We absolutely love our new home and couldn t be happier with the service we have received Our home was purchased on Willow Heights Thurnscoe Firstly Diane and Kesiah the sales team have been absolutely fantastic They could not have done enough for us - even when we had such a tricky sale They always kept us informed even on small updates which we found very helpful and informative After our sale completed Owen site manager has checked in multiple times to see how we are settling in He has ensured that a full list of snagging has been completed within 2 and a half weeks of us moving in We could not have asked for better service We know that we will continue to receive the same amount of service from Keepmoat should any future problems arrive Thank you for our beautiful home

First of all Keepmoat Homes has a wonderful set of sales agents with good customer relationships From the start of the journey I could remember interfacing with three 3 different staff and each left me with Awe The entire process was made so easy with the aid of the staff calling and willing to offer assistance I and my partner are pleased with the process Thank you Keepmoat

Great so far

We absolutely love our Keepmoat home Joice was amazing with the sale and keeping us up to date with pictures ect She got us in quickly and with ease Craig has been fantastic will follow ups and check ins to check everything is okay and the few minor issues he has rectified and arranged for the relevant people to come and look at sorting Really friendly and quick at responding to all my queries Great that you get this care even after the purchase and the service so far from Craig has been outstanding We hav been in our home a month now and Keepmoat have been fab with helping us to settle in
