Excellent visit to Kelly Eyecare

The optician I saw Louise Philp was very pleasant and she made me feel at ease She congratulated me on having such healthy eyes and also on being able to read very small print After my eyes were tested I saw Andy and he helped me choose some frames He was very helpful and he understood exactly what frames I needed as previously I had had an issue with some glasses that couldn t be adjusted I was very happy with my choice and Andy also helped me choose the right colour of transition lense that darkens in the sun to match the frame I have had varifocal lenses with transitions before and they were purchased from Kelly Eyecare four years ago I am still very happy with them but I felt I needed to get a new set of glasses as my prescription has changed

Again a wonderful visit to Kellys Eye Care for an eye test with Maxine What a special lady she is Highly professional and super precise Explains everything so well and with great patience Went on to choose new frames with helpful lady Again no pressure and a happy outcome No wonder they have so many good reviews We can t all be wrong

Friendly brilliant service

I had my eyes tested at another optician but they didn t have the glasses I wanted I went to Kelly s in Winton to see if they supplied the glasses I wanted yes they did I was over the moon when they made the glasses up to the prescription I gave them Unfortunately I couldn t see through them Unsure who to go to I popped into Kelly s and explained the issue I was having They gave me a a brief eye check and explained the prescription was slightly wrong They amended the lenses and a week later after receiving them back I am very happy with my new glasses This was all at no extra charge Very happy with the service and will advise anyone who will listen to go there

Urgent assessment and referral

I had an issue with my eye and rang the eye casualty they said go to an optician Kelly Eyecare saw me within a couple of hours did a scan measured pressure etc and e-mailed them to Southampton Hospital I had an emergency appt within 48 hours for assessment There is a high level of expertise and professionalism at Kelly Eyecare and I m grateful for their help
