outrageous treatment with threat of policy procedures- unethical service
My recent dissatisfactory experience with Kencoo Insurance As a loyal customer for four years I was shocked and appalled by the treatment I received regarding my insurance policy Despite faithfully renewing my policy without any issues I was forced to cancel it due to passing my taxi exam This decision was made without any opportunity for negotiation or discussion and I was deprived of the no claims bonus rightfully owed to me for four years Additionally I was threatened with enforcement on my policy preventing me from purchasing any other insurance in the future which I found to be intimidating and coercive This is unacceptable ethically to treat a customer this way especially when I genuinely mentioned that I hadn t received my license yet and would inform them on the same date I received approval to cancel the policy However my request was declined and I was threatened with enforcement which I find to be a horrible policy and service practice The lack of options provided to me and the rushed nature of the decision reflect poorly on the integrity and professionalism of Kencoo Insurance Poor company policies and procedures resulting in mistreatment Overall my experience with Kencoo Insurance has been deeply disappointing and I would caution others against trusting this company with their insurance needs

Very disappointed with customer
Very disappointed with customer service i can t even imagine an insurance company put you on hold for more than 20 minutes each time you call them and after 20 minutes you have to talk to someone who have no idea what customer service is definitely not recommended

Had a car accident on the 13th October
Had a car accident on the 13th October 2019 other party fault but won t admit libatily so have to claim of my own insurance for the time being kenco are f slow as Xmas to pay out won t be ever dealing with them ever again avoid kenco insurance at all costs

Worst experience of my life
Please please please I m begging you Do not for any reason use Kennco I know they re the cheapest on the market but it s that way for a reason They will treat you like crap and you will wish you had spent the extra Euro to get decent cover I ve had fully comprehensive insurance with them I had a breakdown in the middle of the night and it was raining heavily I called the breakdown number and they couldn t find me on the system Apparently kennco split their customers between two different breakdown services Neither one had my reg on their system And this was my 2nd year being insured with them I had to call out friends to help me change to the spare They apologised and sent me a cheque of 40 I was stupid enough to renew I had an accident in Feb It s now April and nowhere near solved They allowed the other parties insurer blame me even though they said they had no evidence I never got a call from my claims handler and he never returned my emails I m now being asked to sort out the salvage myself and pay thousands in storage fees that I was never made aware of I called severally and kept getting tossed about If I could take out a front page newspaper to warn everyone I honestly would Don t be penny wise pound foolish Pay a little bit more for better insurance

Very dodgy people
Very dodgy people After cancelling our car insurance after one month due to late arrival of no claims bonus which was not our fault they could not tell me how much of the 300 euro we had already paid they would be refunded They said despite now having the with the no claims statement we would have to open a new policy Asked how long before they would take to work out our refund they said couple of days No word yet Obvious that they are on commission only and have been paid there bonus already Taking out a new policy would only give them more commission Do no use this bunch Dodgy as

We have been insured with them for a year and they state we are not insured with them- they can t find us on their system After numerous phone calls over 2 days they found me after giving them all our details over and over again Then they said they can t give me a new quote as I am not the main policy holder- I paid them- the car is in my name but no- can t help me Very disappointed in their service
