Very personal and attentive service I am a first time home owner and did all of my carpet selection over the phone during Jan Feb 2021 - the depths of lockdown Couldn t go into the store but Les made it very easy with phone consultations and sent me lots of samples He also advised me on the brands for my price point Installation was beautiful and they were quick to rectify one issue caused by a broken floorboard underneath The carpets look beautiful
