I love the idea of this program

I love the idea of this program However I need to be able to log meals that are not on the main meal list Not necessarily favorite meals just things eaten away from home or cooked by others How do I track carbs within this program

I like the web app The mobile app has some issues with saving data though I especially like the way the program calculates how much of each ingredient I should incorporate into a dish It would be very nice if your weight graph went beyond one week The app even recommends only weighing once a week but if you only record once a week the chart usually doesn t show anything useful If it showed a month or even several months it would be more useful

The program is relatively easy to follow it would be nice if you could modify Recipes without having to input each item separately if you didn t have an ingredient It would also be helpful if when inputting your own recipes large batch you could use only a portion- eg 1 2 cup or 3 Tbsp

I love the app

I love the app It s super easy to use and I love that I can swap my meals to things I like to eat every day I would have given it a 5 star if I could add some of the food to the meal plan that I eat It sometimes doesn t recognize certain items I do try and find something similar to add as my meal or snack that I ate so my carbs protein and fat is still being calculated properly So far I am down 5 lbs and the inches are falling off Started this journey 10 days ago and I already fit into an old pair of jeans I haven t worn in years I recommend this app to anyone Loving it so far

the plan seems to be working a bit

the plan seems to be working a bit i have a big problem with the menu suggestions they re completely foreign to me i m italian and am used to mediterranean cooking all the dishes you suggest seem like tv dinners to me but the more i read online the more inventive i m becoming and trying to work around the foods but to enter meals in the app is totally too much to handle can t you just put a database of ingredients and nutrition info also app is too hard to go back in time to list yesterday s meals etc

Great App Program

Thank you for offering a vegetarian meal plan I have tried some of the recipes or been inspired by them to make my own spin I would also like to be able to alter the ingredients in the daily meal plan recipes based on substitutions my preferences after adding to my daily entry instead of having to craft my own entries when I m varying ingredients or measurements I like the variety of recipes I m also following an 8 16 intermittent fasting schedule it would be nice to be able to adjust the meal plan to account for 2 meals snacks Also I m following a medically supervised Keto program that doesn t want me to count net carbs but instead total and they have a specific protein target it would be nice to be able to adjust daily macros to specific needs I really do like this App program thank you

More Hot Foods please

It s great to learn how to balance your foods whilst you can start the diet and learn as you go as everything is worked out for you day to day One thing I found very annoying is that I am in the UK it s December it s cold and the majority of the foods to choose from are salads or cold vegetables leaves You do have the option of changing any of the suggested choices or even creating your own meals which is great I can honestly say that I m not going to live my life without ever eating fruit again but by the time I ve reached my weight goals I hope I ll be in a place to be able to balance my foods to include them again I have been very pleasantly surprised with the variety of delicious meal options which have proved more than adequate to stop me feeling hungry during the day and all the time I m losing weight What more can you ask Fantastic More Hot Foods PLEASE

Good progress but

I am making excellent progress towards achieving my weight loss Here s what I like about the plan meals are always - Varied Something different every meal- Frequent Five a day makes it much easier to stick with the plan- Tasty Haven t had a meal yet that I didn t enjoy Here s why I haven t give the plan a perfect five The plan calls for small quantities of a such a wide variety of items that I find myself going to the store almost daily And since I live alone it s difficult especially with the vegetables to use up the small quantities that I purchase before they spoil Also at the advice of both my doctor and my physical trainer I have supplemented the diet with a very small quantity of high-quality moderate carbohydrate containing foods such as whole oats whole rice and berries Finally I am pleased with the constant weigh loss a few tenths of a pound every day 5 pounds in the 3 weeks I ve been on the plan And unlike some diets I think I can stick with it to reach my goal of loosing 20 pounds and then continue afterwards to maintain my new weight
