Kareo is an incredible EMR system

Kareo is an incredible EMR system This is the fourth EMR program that I have used In the last six years we have gone through three other electronic medical record systems Kareo is a very user-friendly system I am a physician and I have been in private practice since 1993 In 2015 or 2016 we began the use of our first practice system It was a total disaster We then switched to another system and again had a lot of hurdles and Challenges with usage In 2018 or 2019 we were fortunate to start using Kareo Since 2019 I have used it for my pain practice and on the clinical side it was a very easy clinical learning experience Literally you were up and running in less than 3 to 4 days Since our beginning with Kareo I have had an excellent experience on the clinical side Three weeks ago my office manager biller and coder Left my practice for another job with only two day notice I remember the empty feeling I felt thinking how am I gonna do my practice and still figure out the business aspect of this program But like the motto of the United States Marine Corps You Adapt and overcome I literally reviewed all the Kareo university learning videos over that first weekend I was actually up and running doing my own coding and billing posting of checks submitting claims both written and electronically-And did it very successfully Now don t get me wrong I am not going do this for a very long time as I do like R R time Being a physician is a full-time job I don t want another full-time job The beauty of the Kareo system is that now I can calmly find a Highly qualifying office manager replacement without having to rush and stress in this process Kareo is amazingly easy to master in both the clinical and as I now have experienced the business side of this program I also want to give credit to the Kareo support team that is available when I needed it The Kareo support person usually answers the phone directly or will return your call within a few hours This is probably the most important part of any electronic medical record company Kareo is second to none in its support team I have used those other programs mentioned earlier and it would take days For someone to get back to me When you re in a busy practice you don t have time to waste I cannot emphasize enough the support I obtained in this crisis situation of my practice Kareo is absolutely amazing Kareo is an excellent program My advice to anyone trying to decide on an EMR-choose Kareo I have personally suffered through the process of experiencing other EMR sI wish someone would ve give me advice back when I was looking at my 1st EMR You need to look no further than KareoC Michel Oliva MDLubbock Texas
