Listed as NEW sent me an obviously used broken item Refused to allow me to return item suggested I contact the manufacturer for replacement I filed a dispute with my credit card company Stay away

The package arrived and the box was a mess The bassinet was dirty and was not the color in the description It had been returned and was resold to me I had no idea this company resells I was totally embarrassed when my niece opened it I also paid extra for the return and was initially told I would not get my full refund I can t do business with a company like this The package is in route back so I will see how much of a refund I will receive Was disappointed I like to give the independent companies rather than big box However with this experience I m going back to the big box with no hassles

Scratched stained not as stated

The stroller I bought stated that the item was new but the box was damaged This was in no way true The item has stains the wheels have pocks in them from use the item has dust and the front of the foot board is completely scratched up as though it was dragged It didn t even come with instructions Either your standards for inspection and resale need to improve or I will not buy another item nor recommend this site to anyone again I am severely displeased I paid for the item to be returnable but at this point I give birth in two weeks so I m not sure what I am going to do

Do not buy gifts here Returns are impossible

This is a terrible place to buy a gift for a baby shower I purchased the ability to make a return It was not made clear that return claim was to be made in 14 days I am not going to unbox a swing before I give it as a gift Further more the details said nothing was functionally wrong with the product That was not true Now my friends don t have a swing for their second twin If I had to do this all over again I would just pay the extra money to buy the gift from amazon from their registry All the big retailers will do returns up to a year as long as it s on a registry Now I need to pay another 120 out of pocket to replace the swing Customer service has been so rude and not accommodating For baby showers I say THIS IS FOR SURE A NO GO

Fraudulent company

Buyers beware They scammed me then blocked my number and all my social media VERY nasty people when I did talk to them before I got blocked Save yourself a giant headache and order from somewhere else These people are thieves

RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE NO RETURNS

Bought a shoulder carrier for my baby Tried to return it as it is PAINFUL to wesr and i had it on for 1 minute in my living room with my 8month old in it Tried to return it and they say cant return a used item i said it wasnt used i had it oj for 1 min and the tags are on and never left the house with it They said their return guidelines are very clear they are THEY DONT TAKE RETURNS PERIOD if you read the policy thats basically what theyre saying She went on to tell le to save families money they have to have these return policies so saves some peopleMoney but also just wastes other peoples money Unreal Will never buy from here again what a scam

If I could give 0 stars I would The box arrived completely damaged and taped back together Once I opened to assemble the entire steering wheel of the toy was missing Right into the trash

You sent the wrong item I opened the package expecting a toy for my nieces birthday according to what was pictured and offered It was a different toy older model and different color It did not match the jeep I had and the trailer hitch would not work with it

The atom was bent and broken and is not usable and when I tried to contact you there is no way to so I am stuck with a 90 item that does not work
