What the hell sort of business model makes you buy insurance in case you want to return an item Never mind that the item arrived looking like it had been drug behind an truck and drop kicked all the way to my front door Very very underwhelmed

They advertise gently used or otherwise but fail to mention that sometimes a product might be a defect or item could clearly fall below product quality of an original my case They will also try to change your narrative and assume you lie when you attempt to return an item that is clearly of lesser quality than an original They do not honor returns for defects Do not buy from this company Save the hassle and headache and just buy quality for full price

This was my first and last time I will order from Kidsy com I based my decision on their word that all items are carefully inspected for all items included in package The item I ordered was a pack n play with several pieces playyard bassinet changer the only item that was in my package was the playyard While this was the main piece it was clearly not the only piece and the other two items that was supposed to be in my package was not included and would be hard to miss Needless to say I will not be ordering from this site again as I could have bought a brand new playyard for cheaper than the item I received from Kidsy com with more items The hassle alone of the return is way too much of an inconvenience

COMPLETE SCAM I bought 2 boxes of cards when the cards shipped every single pack was opened some cards even missing When I called about this they claimed I should ve known better and then BLOCKED MY NUMBER Maybe the worst customer experience I ve ever had anywhere in my life The whole time they have claimed innocence while simultaneously blaming me Similar to their replies in here they seem awfully quick to point the finger Nowhere in the item description stated that the packs were opened and that cards may be missing aka somebodies leftovers Really makes you feel for the hundreds of children buying cards and getting scammed by Kidsy Lastly Selling opened packs as closed is illegal Kidsy will purposely mislead you in order to get your money DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE FRAUDS I have pictures screenshots and call logs recorded Edit response to Kidsy - that is a BOLD FACE LIE I have screenshots from your website and even now just double checked Nowhere does it say opened I wish I could attach screenshots in here And regardless that still doesn t answer for the missing cards Anyone reading this I encourage you to reach out to me and I will show you all proof of this entire scam operation STAY AWAY

My shipment never got to me because of the way the product was shipped Then they reshipped the item again the same way and I still haven t received the item I couldn t speak anyone about my concern for my item I paid for nor would anyone give me a call to respond to what is an on going email back and forth I don t like to email every time I would have hope someone there would had the decency to give me a call to let me know what was going on

The box the carseat booster came in was damaged I was going to gift it at a baby shower I was surprised by the very poor condition of the package delivered My thought was if the box was this damaged likely the carseat would be and so I requested a return There return policy states the box must be in the original form so clearly I was not going to open it and get caught in that trap Here s the response I was given to my email requesting a return label You are welcome to leave any review you like as we too are also welcome to publicly share the details of your order that reveal you failed to read the item description before checking out WOW Can a company rep get any ruder than this It appears they are not going to take my purchase back TERRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY

I was a bit skeptical purchasing from this website as I didn t know how legit it would be After reading the reviews I was convinced it would be fine So I ordered a bugaboo fox 5 stroller The shipping was quick and I was so excited to open it only to discover that the wrong color was sent to me Not only that but the stroller had damage in multiple spots dents on frame deep scratches I looked up that color on their website and it didn t show that it had damage just said open box I contacted them for a refund they made me drive it fedex which was a hassle because the box was heavy for me as a petite pregnant woman Getting the refund took forever over 3 weeks even though I shipped the stroller back the same day as I received it and they received the package within a few days Customer service was confusing and annoying as it was only through email I got multiple emails at different times saying my refund was issued and I should receive it shortly I had to wait over 10 days since the first email so I was very frustrated and lost hope that I would ever receive my 900 refund back Stay away from this company if you want to avoid a headache

The title said crib mattress not mini crib so I ordered it It was misleading and they wouldn t return it Very disappointed in this company I am having triplet grandchildren and would have purchased 3 of everything but now I will never order again

My package box came all messed up and ripped up missing pertinent parts for the gates function and was told I could not be sent the hinge bolt that I needed to make it work because supposedly the box was in perfect condition when it was shipped and that it was the shipping company s fault the parts were missing I did pay extra for the insurance and return but when I tried to return it the return shipping was being taken out of my refund which was about 25 of what I paid Terrible service all around

I purchased a high back booster children s safety seat from this retailer It was described as new overstock It arrived appearing in good condition Once I opened it the original box inside was completely smashed up So was the car seat It s completely unusable They knew they were sending out broken and especially unsafe equipment They then tried to hide behind saying it must have happened in transit Very dishonest company Customer service nonexistent
