Awesome and disappointed

Loved the shop is pretty amazing to get things at a discounted price but also super bummed 2 out of the 3 items I ordered said new and came with guck on them

You re lucky I gave two stars It should have been one star but the order did arrive timely which is why I m giving you a break The activity center I ordered arrived in its original box but it looks as though it was used and then replaced in the box that was torn to get it out and then taped back to try and hide the damaged box It s a mess No way I can give this as a gift And now my gift will be given late How embarrassing

Very excited for my stroller and

Very excited for my stroller and thought it was a good deal but upon arrival Several pieces were missing to install the wheels Which I can not buy replaces parts that are off brand that s dangerous As well as only one snack tray came in the package when the description stated two But I will say shipping was very fast and I emailed them for a refund and they got back to me same day requesting pictures But still not sure if I will get a refund or not from the company Update they did refund my purchase and fairly quickly So I appreciate the promptness from the company

It was really dirty

Product came in good working condition but was absolutely filthy I ve washed some of it But some can t be washed I m not sure I ll be able to get it all clean Really shocked it was still so expensive and came so dirty Didn t look like there was any attempt to clean it before sending

Packaging is completely destroyed

My delivery came in a reasonable amount of time however the box is completely destroyed and the side of the box that is destroyed is taped over with brown packing tape It is a gift so I am hoping that the car seat itself is not destroyed once I open up the package Very disappointed with the condition of the box how it was received

Good for a month then

I bought the dream sock in February I ve been using it since I got it But now all of a sudden The alerts of signal loss and can t connect Bluetooth keep happening Not only is it annoying but it also wakes me and the baby up which defeats the purpose of me getting the sock Disappointed would be an understatement

I did not get everything in the box

I did not get everything in the box I knew the box was damaged but I asked on the chat if everything was in the box they said yes I m missing bag 2 which was the big steam engine I still would love to have it
