Awful experience
The product was not delivered at my address the delivery company decided to leave the package at a pick up point and I was never informed about this change I decided to call ups because the package was many days late and they informed me then The box was not packed in a transport box it was sent without any type of protection or packaging The box arrived at the pick up point all torn and damaged the mat was dirty and full of dust the cards are damaged It was a very bad experience I won t order anything from kinderkraft again and I don t recommend it

Asking about reviews without delivering your product is offensive
First I don t have my delivery because you didn t deliver on time It was supposed to be Monday Its offensive that you send emails asking for opinions when you joke with your customers Second it s illegal in Portugal where my order is made to not have a Portuguese customer service number when you sell in Portugal Third I spent the morning calling either the Spanish line or England line to have answers and whichever option was chosen you automatically hang up after 2 minutes Forth send your customers tracking links that s work Mine says it doesn t exist in any DHL system either polish English Spanish or Portuguese Disrespectful I want answers

Product has not been delivered to dateOrder has been delivered after 2 weeks being lost by the courier which I accept is beyond your control but felt you needed to be aware of this considerable delay We have bought quite a few items now from KINDERKRAFT and feel it is only fair to say we are delighted with the quality of your products to date

Rapid delivery
I haven t used it yet so can t attest to that quality but the delivery was extremely fast it came exactly as seen on the websites and it took maybe 30 seconds to set it up The upper position for the mattress was a bit lower into the bed than what I expected but otherwise all good
