Incompetent customer support and delivery partner
Ordered a child seat online hoping to have it delivered to our door However the incompetent delivery partner GLS conveniently sent the parcel to a pick up shop marking recipient not at home when we were at home the entire day To top it all when contacted the KinderKraft customer support to help resolve this They simply forwarded the status tracker sent by GLS Even if the delivery fails once as per the KinderKraft delivery policy on the website the delivery should have been attempted at least once more So a big 0 for the customer service and an even bigger 0 for the choice of delivery partner Our experience on KinderKraft s online sales work We get your money we dispatch your items You get it or not now its your problem
