Never buy King We have had our King Lounge for over 10 years now We have had the reclining mechanism replaced probably more than 20 times In many cases I have left it for months to report the fault because I am so tired of dealing with them We asked the repaired why Simple he said the product are such bad quality He admitted he has had to replace the reclining mechanism monthly in some instances and now has several customers on regular monthly booking King simply are not interested in sourcing reliable and well made materials In short they demonstrate the qualities of fraudsters

Awful experience please don t buy from them Bought an 8k bed plus a chair that roster 2k and the order was water damaged The chair that was not water damaged however they forgot to deliver it So we have been waiting for a bed and chair for 6 month Fuming

Bought two lounges from King Furniture and I swear never buy again from them no after sales service and product is sooo bad making and bad quality from them Please do not buy from them you will regret for sure please read all the bad reviews

Customer Service What customer service
Whilst the sales team were great at selling us our lounge The customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced It is now 9 months and we are still waiting for the issues to be addressed satisfactorily Emails with thank you for your patience are insulting and the request to speak to a manager when after 2 months someone finally calls me is far from helpful They had to replace the cushions as they were too small When they did 5is they sent the same size and stated I needed to let them settle and then they will fit Really Tell me who would accept back cushions that did not fit the space and accept this response I then asked after being so let down by this company and two visits from a technician who spent time trying to replace the lounge cover that was not fitted correctly in the factory and obviously their quality control is not working that they come and pick the lounges up and refund me my money as I do not think 9 months and me having to continually follow up with the to find out what is happening I speak to the poor customer service person who has to listen to my disgust and ask to speak to a manager but no they are not able to do this WHAT a joke I truly believe they hope we just stop complaining and then they get away with it Well Ron I am surprised that your company can t find me in your system as I have asked for a total refund twice now the first time there was crickets and then after a call to customer service I received an email stating a big fat no CS 226028 - NEW24030033So I had a reply from Ron See below then got an email to say that they would call me on the 28th Jan but now crickets So disappointing I am still waiting for his call that he told me on Monday would be Tuesday Now it s Friday Again poor customer service

Appalling experience Took weeks to respond Quote to fix was higher than original purchase price and kept changing each time they were challenged Obviously outsourced overseas Eventually had the chairs assessed by a real furniture maker who said their assembly was cheap and nasty Do not buy from this company Check where the furniture is made

Poor product and poorer service
Appalled at the quality of product delivered customer service EVEN WORSE Our very expensive sofa was delivered with tears and faults in upholstering Staff in showroom could not care less arrogant and dismissive Very difficult to call customer service help line Waiting an hour to speak to someone Still waiting for promised technician to assess faults and write report So so disappointed This company are supposed to be delivering a high end product Do not buy from king

Do not purchase from this business
I wish I had looked up the reviews before purchasing anything from this business I ordered and paid for a rug in July after being advised instore that the maximum order lead time was 6-8 weeks The delivery has been postponed 4 times over 5 months and the new ETA is late December which of course cannot be guaranteed Call centre overseas cannot offer any insight and although took my details for someone to call me to discuss I have still not received a phone call Never again will I shop at King Living

Poor customer service and after care Poor product quality
Bought the Seymour ottoman less than 2 yrs ago and the base broke Contact King Living in Aug 2024 for repair They quote roughly 300 They do not respond to their email and I have kept trying to contact them No repair date was given and finally in Jan 2025 they arrived to fix the ottoman but brought the wrong parts Again tried contacting Kings Living via email and they did not respond They finally came again to repair the ottoman but the parts did not fix and now have left we with an unusable not swilling Seymour ottoman The repairers stated they will have to come again to change the base but could not give me an approximate time Emailed again Kings Living and asked them to contact me to sort this issue out as its been ongoing since Aug 2024 and they have come twice and wasted my time However they have responded stating moving forward please email directly to customer service as I at times may not be in or may not check my emails This was sent by their customer service manager names removed as requested by King Living They still have not contacted to sort out a replacement This is absolutely poor after care service and their customer service is unbelievable rubbish The people contacted that have ignored all my emails also include staff 1 name removed as requested by King Living and staff 2 name removed as requested by King Living None of which respond to queries and help solve the problem I have asked them to help sort this problem out and this is the kind of response I get I would not recommend this company to anyone and would like their senior managers to review their staff performance especially those named in the review If I could give them 0 star I would It is unreasonable to keep a customer waiting for more than 6 months to resolve a simple issue especially when their products are not cheap but seem to be made of poorly

Crumbling table legs no response
1 Heavy glass Italian dinner table with metal legs from King turned out to have all MDF-like wood inside legs and which is now crumbling Feel like we were cheated as legs were sold as metal 2 have send a warranty service inquiry but customer service is nightmare as no response in weeks - local shop where we bought table refused to help and call center likely overseas does not call back and when called again and again required level five security information before addressing query- that for a furniture shop Suggest to not buy from this company and especially check where the furniture is made what it is made from

We bought our very own expensive King
We bought our very own expensive King reclining seats 3 1 2 years ago and I have to say they re the most uncomfortable sofas I ve ever sat on Really bad for our backs The cushion seats collapsed after a couple of years but I didn t complain soon enough as the warranty ran out after 3 years I had to pay 230 in to get a repair man to come and look at it To my astonishment he tried to fix it with old DIRTY bits of foam which I complained about It still was no good so another 3 months and another 230 later they put in a new section in December 2024 Our other chair had gone the same way and we won t waste any more money trying to get it repaired I will give it away and replace it with an Australian made couch Worst experience - Customer service abysmal
