Borderline criminals a scam from promising no extra costs all inclusive you are taken as a hostage to their offices and forced to pay a ransom of extra costs or pay a ridiculous 2900 deposit This company should be avoided at all cost I have reported them to the Embassy as they are taking advantage of tourists and wrongly selling their products just to get an initial sale They are not transparent or honest and hide behind their terms which are not available when booking online You are not at the airport so stuck with their ransom demands Shocking criminal business that should be closed down

Such a shameless company I booked a car and everything was smooth since ever I received car until returning the car I had a parking fine and the company was supposed to deduct the fine from the pre-authorization insurance transaction on my credit card However they reached me out only after two months to let me know that they will charge my credit card for the parking fine plus late payment fee s which made the fine triple It is totally not my mistake that the company did not make their job Very disappointed

Incredibly unhelpful arrogant and could not care less attitude Romania peoples We already complained about car which was not comfortable and they wanted to give us again Romania woman didn t care about our issues she said we don t have any car When I told too her I go outside and if I find any more different car she was fully rude Another guy tried to help us who is employee of the company and he told us that the company doesn t care about they clients They did not give back any discount Do not use Klasswagen in Budapest Please renting a car with another company like airport wonderful service by the way I book manual vw golf and I got almost brand new automatic ford focus combi I will never go back to Klass Wagen and strongly recommend you do the same

Klass Wagen a small car rental company 15 minutes from the airport lures customers with low prices but adds numerous hidden charges The rental ends up being expensive and unexpected charges appear on your credit card days later causing major headaches

I strongly recommend staying as far away as possible from this company and not falling for the false price listed on their website We arrived at the company at 2 a m only to find that it is not located within the airport but requires a shuttle and waiting in unpleasant weather When we finally arrived the staff member explained that despite booking through the website we were required to either leave a deposit of 3 500 euros or pay an additional 170 euros upfront for insurance which would protect us from any scratches Knowing we wouldn t be using the car much we assumed our existing insurance would suffice and declined the additional coverage When we went to pick up the car and loaded our suitcases into the trunk the agent immediately and automatically claimed that we had scratched the car causing damage that would cost hundreds of euros It s hard to describe the shock of being falsely accused by someone who held an unreasonable deposit of ours while blatantly lying to our faces about damage we didn t cause At 2 a m in freezing weather we tried to reason with the agent who without a doubt had performed this scam before He bombarded us with lies while we were completely helpless in the situation with two infants in tow After reducing us to tears and after our desperate pleas to cancel the entire transaction despite the late hour and the fragile condition of our children the agent agreed to sell us the basic insurance we initially wanted to avoid In the end we were forced to pay for additional unnecessary insurance simply because we had no way to protect ourselves in a foreign country against baseless accusations that we couldn t disprove After leaving the agency a quick Google search revealed that this is a well-known scam We found over 100 similar reviews from people who experienced the exact same thing This is a systematic ruthless extortion scheme Our trip was tainted by this scam and by the encounter with such exploitative people We lost our money but learned to steer clear of this company We hope to spare others from going through this dreadful experience

It was entirely different amount we payed at the counter five times more from the booking amount While we asked about the difference the guy he was sitting at the counter behaved rude and as us to leave the office at the midnight There was no other option to us to pay that amount to get the car at midnight and an unknown country Experience was horrible Not again better to go with the premium rental companies

These people don t know what customer relations is about They are screaming with you They are accusing you of not using the correct language and disrespecting them and they even threaten you that they will put you on a blacklist when you don t agree with them I thanked him for this comment so I don t make the mistake of booking with them again in the future The Taxi drivers that took us from this place also said that we are not the first unsatisfied customer that they have picked up at this location with huge disappointment I would recommend you to use any other car rental place at the airport than these people Answer to your respons It s lovely to see that you copied the email answer you sent to me into this post you signed it in the email so I know that the one conducting the investigation was the same person that sat next to the one that I was talking to so for me this is just covering your own bullshit I hope nobody else gets to experience your lovely hospitality if they don t take the insurance that you try to force on them or the extra fees for the highway sticker that is already paid for on the car Hope you have a wonderful life Take care PS thank you for putting me on the blacklist so I don t buy mistake in the future even try to rent a car from you guys

Horrible and thieve of a company They charged us 226 euros for us not having a credit card but surely when you return the car in perfect condition you should get that back that is the whole purpose of a deposit Complete fraud I have also read online that if you have a credit card they will make every excuse to show it is declined so they can get the 226 euros out of you

We arrived at their office in Budapest at 1am with a reservation and having completed pre check in to be told by this severely overweigjt creature with zero manners that there was no car and they would give a refund in the morning When questioned why one of the many vehicles in the car park outside could not be issued this creatures colleague explained that they were all reserved and went on to say I don t care about you Rude doesn t come close Avoid this company at all costs - spend an extra five euros and use a legitimate outfit

I rented a car via rentalcars com and payed the fee including full protection insurance On the pick-up day I went to their office near the Budapest airport a staff required me to pay extra 300 to cover the road toll breakdown and full protection insurance On July 3 I got an email from them It asked me to pay 150 speeding fine in Serbia during the rental period Actually I never went to Serbia
