I rent cars with them every time I go to hungary many times per year and they are ALWAYS top last time it was booking BUD-17926415036592 I made a mess with the dates and they kindly solved the problem for me on the spot No waiting for airport transfer even when we arrive super late early in the morning They have a kids table in the office that my kid loves while we do the paperwork I don t know how the client attention works on the phone because evey time I get really new cars and never had any inconvinience There is a gas station next to them which is great to return the car I always take the full insurance and I am very happy returning the car takes less than 1min

We rented a car for 2 days with Budapest airport pickup return location We were quickly picked up by a VAN to the Klass wagen office just outside the airport The process was very swift the people were friendly and we received a nice car The return of the car was also easy and no discussions about possible damages One tip rent the car directly from Klass Wagen to also have the highway toll included and no need to have a 3000 Euro deposit by Credit Card

Klasswagen is always my first choice to rent a car in Budapest Their fleet is young and the cars are reliable Easy to book a car online they quickly take you to their base from the airport which take about 10 minutes Unfortunately you can t open an account on their website hopefully this option will be available soon Thank you

Friendly staff fresh new cars and an easy option for hassle free drop off procedure I have been using Klass Wagen for the past couple of months on regular basis and very happy with the service and the cost

The car rental is not at the airport but there is a free shuttle service to their location This is more convenient than dragging your luggage down to the airport parking Their office is air-conditioned and the friendly helpful staff efficiently manage document checks and car handovers The car was clean and had low mileage on all three occasions There is an option for full insurance which is a very safe and convenient choice though not cheap Thank you to the staff for their dedicated work I will choose you again next time

We always choose Klass wagen when we visit Hungary for the simple reason they are the best option among all of them They are open all day and night so it doesn t matter when our flight is they pick us up from the airport as soon as we walk out from the terminal and drive us to their location Which takes 5min The car pickup only takes a few minutes and the staff at the Budapest office is always helpful informative and costumer oriented as far as my experience goes They offer the best prices and the most flexible pickup dropoff times which was the main reason I chose them and highly recommend to anyone else The cars are in good condition and you can chose the newest models too which is what we always do to avoid any issue

Excellent service once we arrived at the airport I gave Klass Wagen a quick call and they picked us up from the airport and took us to their office We were warmly greeted and given the keys by Anna who was an absolute peach From their office it was super convenient to get on the roads without traffic On return we dropped off the keys to Hajnalka and dropped back off at the airport Definitely would recommend Klass Wagon Alison Lontay - Rebagliati
